“I've never had such a good experience. They listened to my issues, put me on the treadmill to check out my gate, then grabbed 3 shoes. They made sure to explain what they thought I needed in a sneaker and listened to my feedback on each one to make sure I was in the best shoe. At least 5 more groups of people came in while I was there and each person got individualized attention. If they didn't get to a person right that moment, they were sure to acknowledge them and apologize for the wait. When I went to purchase my shoes, they told me last year's model was in stock in my size and on sale if I wanted them instead. They are truly 100% about getting people in the right fit for them.
