Lauren is the best realtor I have ever worked with, this is our second time using her ! She is so hard working. She answers all of your questions and doesn’t let anything slip through the cracks. She is on top of everything! I cannot recommend her enough!

This was our third consecutive transaction with Lauren either selling or buying a home. She held our hand through the construction process while I was newly pregnant, helped us sell our first home with a newborn and we closed on the sale of that home today with her as we take our son who is now 3 and are starting a new life in Central America. We sold almost everything we own and Lauren personally helped set up an estate sale and manned it on the weekend. We also had a horrible experience with Junk Luggers spilling paint all over our floors and not cleaning out the attic - leaving it for our buyers to find on their final walkthrough. They were furious, threatening to pull the closing and demanding 5k off the sales price. We were 40 mins away with norovirus that weekend and couldn't get back to make sure everything was squared away before we had to close. Lauren stepped up and advocated for us. We did not have to reduce our sales price - she said no to that immediately. She also left her vacation early, driving 2 hours to help clean out our attic herself. She and another agent got on their hands and knees and scrubbed the dried paint out of our floor and then she did what was necessary to get these buyers (who had been difficult from the start) to the closing table. I don't know what I would do without her and I wish we could take her with us for our next one. Anyone who hires her has someone on their side who will fight, who will make it right and will have your back. She's worth every penny you pay her.

Lauren was our realtor and we can't thank her enough! She was always on the go helping us look at new places, and got us into our first home! She pushed hard to get us what we wanted, and explained everything to us in detail. Totally recommend using Lauren as your realtor, you won't regret it!
