I arrived today as a first time patron of this specific great clips. The staff was friendly and seemed to be getting a long with each other and also, most importantly, the customers. This review though, is not at all aimed towards the staff on site, but most likely management. There was a crudely written sign posted at the front of the stare stating, almost incoherently, "Attention customers only ones allowed at our stations are the ones being served!". I have a picture for reference, and I will post it here if I can. I've been to many great clips, and I've never seen anything so unprofessional, and rude. So am I no longer allowed to approach a salon chair with my child? What if a patron happens to be special needs and may need someone they're familiar with around? These are just 2 scenarios of a hundred I thought of while looking at this out of place sign. Again, seeing how the smiling staff today worked together and made it an uplifting and pleasant atmosphere for all the customers I was present for, I don't believe this was done by the staff, but by management. If this is how this shop is run, I can just as easily go to another great clips.

BIG NOOOO to this place. They don’t know how to cut hair and beard. Not so good service.they don’t listen what you want, they just do what they know. No more visit .. if possible I will give them NEGATIVE.

SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND TROUBLE. Inexperienced and the absolute worst haircut i have ever gotten. I’m convinced they didn't do any background when hiring. Very disappointed 1/10 and will never come back.
