“The place is kind of disorganized, and you have a bunch of stuff that nobody should buy, but the prices are good. Interesting curiosity to visit once more than a destination to go back regularly.I was charged twice for an item, but it was not worth my time to go back for $2.99. The checkout area was too small and chaotic to expect this NOT to happen fairly frequently.”
“This store is well organized, well stocked and visually appealing. There’s definitely something for everyone, I particularly like coming here for small anime themed gifts and actually the cat scratching posts are great and a lot cheaper than at target or a pet store. My only complaint is that there is never staff by the registers. This is not usually something that bothers me, but I had a problem the other day while paying cash at self check out and nobody was around to help.”

Though nothing that is difficult to travel through, I will admit that the parking can become limited in the shopping area quite quick, especially during the holidays. When I visited, the store was quite well-organized. I found the things I was looking for really quickly! I naturally spent a little more time looking around and purchasing a few more things. The customer experience was enhanced by the staff's friendliness and assistance. TJ Maxx is an excellent discount store that provides a wide range of products for different purposes.”

“My family & I were visiting from out of state when we stopped at DG store # 7168 on Ebenezer Rd in Rock Hill SC. I was shocked at how clean & organized the store was compared to my local DG. I found the employees to be courteous, helpful & polite. One employee stood out from the rest. The guy working the register, Jonathon Johnson, went above & beyond to be helpful, even helping us with directions to our next destination.”

“It is a very low end store. Kind of rude employees but what do you expect from a low end store that only hires people who are willing to work for low pay. Last time I was in the rock hill store I saw 1 employee. Who was trying to stock and watch the register. Twice homeless/methhead looking people came in and grabbed stuff and slipped out with the single employee ignoring them. Cheap chinese Random stuff at cheap prices.”
“We've always had a great experience shopping at this Big Lots. It's usually clean and has a wide variety of interesting items at fair prices. While there are some cheap-looking items that you might find at online discount stores, they're still pretty affordable. I would suggest adding self-checkout lanes to help with the staffing shortages.”

“If customers understand what short staff means. If you don’t like the service you can go to another store. If there’s no employees to put the truck up then the merchandise is going to be low stock. If they are close is for a reason. If you are unemployed and need a job the apply there and start making the difference but you can’t talk about something you don’t know. And for the lady that said that there were like 6 employees talking trash about the manager there’s not that much employees at that store so that’s a lie. Keep it real and be understanding too.”

“I was helped by a very friendly and efficient store associate named Hope. She didn't mind opening up another register for me, since I had such a large transaction and was buying for multiple households. The only reason this store isn't getting 5 stars this time is for 2 reasons. The first was because there was an end cap of poise pads and safeguard hand soap but when I and another customer picked the items up they were stuck to the shelf. They appeared to have some purple sticky stuff on them. They other customer tried to find a clean bag to purchase but after dislodging 5 sticky bags, she too gave up. The second reason is because customers were being unchallenged walking around the store shopping without a mask and no store associate even asked then to put a mask on. If I didn't have to shop for 3 elderly relatives I wouldn't have been in the store at all.”
“I visit here years ago in 2014 , the guy was super nice and he had signs up saying THE ITEMS IN THIS STORE CAN BE A BLESSING OR A CURSE TO YOU . Unsure how it was worded but , I know for a fact it said blessing or curse . But I like how they’re so honest and let you know what you’re buying or getting yourself into once you come in that store!!”
“This was my first visit to any Ross store and I’m very happy with the experience. Staff was friendly and the store’s inventory was impressive. Ross is clearly one of those stores where you’re going there for one and find other things that you needed as well at an extremely reasonable price. Can’t beat the savings on name-brand merchandise. You have to be willing to ‘shop’; deals aren’t going to fly into your shopping cart. The staff on the floor were working hard to keep the displays/shelves/racks organized. The young lady who rang up my order was personable and wished us a great day. Glad that I didn’t take heed to the negative reviews posted on here because aside from the occasional ‘crying/screaming’ children my shopping experience was great. I’ll definitely be back. ??”

“I usually never write reviews good or bad so the fact that this is here says a lot! I was cashed out on 1/30/24 by Stephen and his kindness really left a mark on me! I needed some groceries after a long, not so great day at work (which was the last thing I wanted to do) but he really turned my day around. He gave the nicest greeting and goodbye, and went above and beyond by checking my eggs for me just to be extra sure I didn’t have any broken ones. Never have I had such a pleasant experience with any cashier before, Walmart better give Stephen the raise he deserves!!!”

“Stopped in here for a few items while on my way to grab my child from school. There was music playing that could be heard throughout the parking lot. This was a welcomed surprise. Nice and pleasant music. Entering, the store was stocked well and was being stocked! Two managers were in the produce section immediately to my right and one of them I caught eyes with. She spoke immediately and made me feel welcomed! Throughout the store, most of the staff spoke when I passed by. They apologized for the carts being in the aisle or in the way. It wasn't a big deal. I can understand. Either they restock a shelf or the shelves are empty. They had everything that I needed. Walked out feeling accomplished”
“I really enjoy this Dollar General! I just moved in the area and I enjoy crafting and being able to pick up something quick. This dollar general is always festive, organized and cleaaaaannn.
