I could not be more pleased with my decision to join A Strong You Boot Camp! Dianna is awesome! She is very welcoming and encouraging, but doesn't hesitate to push you at the same time.. which is exactly what I need. I am excited to see results that I have never seen before!

CONGRATULATIONS!! You just made the first of three important decisions in your new fitness life. A Strong You Boot Camp totally rocks! First, let me dispel your initial thought. NO! this is not a boot camp where a drill sergeant barks at you all the time. If you want that then you can have my teenage daughter. She knows everything! Working out at your local fitness center will not get the New Year results you seek. Diana will. She constantly keeps you motivated. Within two (2) boot camps I decreased my weight by 20 pounds as well as decreased my waist by two inches. Only you determine how quickly you get results. How bad do you want results? We meet three times per week. If you want results then you have to be dedicated. Its only an hour. If you have time to watch TV then you have time for a "new you." Isn't that what you want? The second decision you need to make is who are you? A WARRIOR or a ROCKSTAR? Warriors meet at 0530 in the morning, Rockstars 0930. So who are you? Last decision. When do you want to start. The people who blame others for not starting are the same people who complain about the sex, violence and drugs showing on their DVD! Be a meaningful specific not a wandering generality.

Our fearless instructor, Dianna, lives for boot camp. She is always thinking up new ways to get the best results from our workouts. Her camp works for all fitness levels. I have added 10 pounds of muscle since I started her camp and I still feel like I could never do the workout without feeling challenged. I have been in Dianna's boot camp for 2 years now and have never done the same workout twice. She is amazing. Try it out; you won't be disappointed.
