I bought a 2019 polars ranger lifted on portals off of HBS. I understand that I bought a lifted vehicle but I don’t understand how a dealership could sell me a used vehicle that is totaled. I took it on my first ride and the bracket which goes to the A-Arm bracket broke from the frame on my first ride. I am very disappointed that it was totally before I bought it because I can see tons of rewelds on that bracket. I had a pipeline welders review it to see what happened and they had said that someone had rewelded it multiple times. Hbs told me they had it serviced and checked through a im disappointed that I got sold a totaled machine. It sat for 2 and a half weeks in my driveway which the wheel started leaning more and more. LThe wheel sideways in the photo is before my first ride it. I had it up for half ann hour before it broke again and had to pay someone 400 dollars to get it up on a trailer because it was so bad. Wouldn’t recommend.

Rodney at HBS Motorsports was utterly Fantastic to work with, he was knowledgeable, personable and made sure we received the lowest price for the highest quality vehicle. Spoke with Katie this morning to see if a certain machine was still available. It was so we drove 2 hours to make a deal. Blair was very honest and upfront with everything. EXCELLENT customer service!! My daughter bought a 2023 Polaris 1000XP HIGHLIFTER. I WILL BE BACK TO BUY MY NEXT MACHINE FROM THEM ALSO!!!

Rodney is the man. Came late Friday afternoon and he stayed over after hours helping me find what I was looking for. Saturday the unit was ready for pickup where he also stayed over to close the deal. Also had a nice set of wheels/tires in stock to compliment the 4 wheeler. Rodney is very knowledgeable and won’t steer you in the wrong direction.

Just got my second machine from HBS and will definitely get my third from them. Hands down the best Polaris dealership in the Carolinas. The team works together to make it all happen. When the salesman grabs the floor jack and changes tires for you off your preference, that speaks! Blair and his crew have it going on! 10/10 Don’t hesitate to give them a call or just walk right in. You will leave more than satisfied.
