The adjusters sold our truck before even cutting us a check. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars to try and just get the chance to buy it back from the salvage lot and somebody bought it from under me yesterday. We’ve been calling farm bureau non stop yet nobody will answer or give us a call back. The truck we had ended up at a salvage lot to be sold before they cut us a check after numerous times of telling them we wanted to buy the truck back. There was hardly any communication the whole time. There should definitely be repercussions for this yet nothing. Just watched my grandfathers truck get stolen from us essentially. Have been with Farm Bureau Auto Insurance for Years. Thankfully I haven't had to use it, but grateful I have full coverage at an affordable price.

I personally do not use this insurance company, however, I was involved in an accident and the other driver used Farm Bureau. This company was quick, considerate & very professional in settling our case and making sure we were taken care of. Considering switching simply because of how great they were! Johnny Matthews was over our claim and he is fantastic!
