I had inquired online about trade in and since had gotten numerous calls and texts about coming by to get a true appraisal. Finally made the time to do so and did nothing more than waste my time and be smarted off at. 1. No actual parking spot available just pulled up where salesman was upfront and parked and the first thing out of his mouth was "oh you're blocking the manager's demo car" and 2. Salesman said General Manager wouldn't touch my car because it's a 14 despite the good mileage and great condition it's too old. The manager barely acted like he could speak. I won't be back to sell or attempt to buy anything. Not my kind of people. What irks me is that I was contacted by them to go up there.

I went there to buy a truck. Kyle was my salesman. Asked him the price of a truck and w,as told it was 36999. Sat there 2 hours but couldn't find a payment that suits me. OK no problem. Left and went home and went to their website and saw the same truck listed for 34999. Maybe if they had started with at that price I'd been driving away in it. Also don't believe their ads that they post anywhere they are all lies. Didnot take my truck as a trade. I asked what I was to do it.with it if I had bought one here. And was told to let them repo it. If anything changes I will update my review.

I was referred by a friend of mine to see Kyle as my car blew up. Kyle was very helpful in getting me into exactly what I ask for. Price was higher than I wanted to pay but Kyle and Paul worked hard to get my payments where I needed to be.

Today I purchased my dream car, 2022 White Nissan Altima. Jessica was a amazing, If I could give her a 10 star rating I would. 10-15mins after I completed my application I received a call from Jessica and she asked what kind of features and color car I wanted. I told Jessica I only wanted a white no other color. Jessica was able to gather all my information. One day later and I received a text message telling me I was approve! I raced down and there Jessica was waiting for me at the door with a bright smile on her face. During my experience here Jessica kept a smile on her face the entire time, she held great conversations and most importantly she was very professional. If your visiting this dealership ask Jessica she will no disappoint you..

Been looking for a Ford F-150 Raptor for over a year and finally found one I liked at 212 Motors. I asked them if I could put down a deposit over the phone and come take it for a test drive later, because I live out of town. They, of course, said they'd be happy to take a $500 deposit, but it was non-refundable and would only be held for 2 weeks because they sell vehicles so quickly. Red flag. If you sell vehicles so quickly what would be the concern with a refundable deposit OR holding it longer than two weeks? But, I decided I liked this truck enough to move forward, so I put a deposit down. On May 2nd I drove to Florence and purchased the vehicle. I wanted to use my own bank for financing, but when I got there they said there was a fee if I didn't do financing through them. Another red flag. They also asked me to sign a release form saying I wouldn't sue them if anything happened, and that if there were issues, we would just work it out together. Third red flag. But I moved forward anyway because I liked the truck and again, had been looking for a year. On May 12th (10 days later), the truck caught on fire and burned to the ground while I was riding down the interstate. I'm lucky to even be alive and regret that I didn't pay attention to the red flags. Also, the vehicle I traded in was a 2019 Ford Expedition that had been in an accident, with airbag deployment. It has been repaired and I fully disclosed the accident to them (hit a deer). I got $53k on the trade in. They now have my vehicle listed for sale at $65,999 and the carfax indicates no airbag deployment, which is false. Do what you wish with this information.

Originally I went to just look at cars basically just drive around the parking lot to see what might have caught my eye. Then a Sales Rep by the name of Chelsea came out was super nice. I was just like I'm not really looking for anything just seeing what ya got. She was like cool grabbed my cell phone she was like this is my # text me and we'll go from there. We'll later that day and 4 hours later she was able to get me in a SUV of my choice that matched all the features I was looking for! My payments are in the budget I was intending them to be. Down payment was spot on and Josh even dropped the price of the vehicle to better serve my needs. I mean from the moment I drove on the lot the whole team was there to serve me. They explained everything in terms that I could understand. No one tried to persuade me into doing anything I was not comfortable with. They were patient with me showed so much enthusiasm! If you are in the market looking for a vehicle this is definitely the place. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, scary, but exciting all at the same time! The crew here isn't just your typical sales person but more like gaining a new found family. Even if you want a good laugh or just to be around some good folks this place is definitely it. But yeah of course by a car lol. Y'all see Chelsea and tell her Meeka sent you.

Went here to look at some used cars and to see how much it would cost compared to some other dealers in the area. They asked to see my credit score to show me how much it would end up costing, so I told them they can do a soft pull only since I wasn't yet ready to buy. I was very clear about this repeating it several times and they told me they understood, soft pull only, no hard pulls and my credit score wouldn't change.So what do they do? A hard pull! It dropped my credit score by 11 points and I was only looking at prices! I didn't even buy a car! It'll be 2 years before that clears from my credit score!I don't recommend anyone go here, since this business has absolutely no regard for the customer or good business practices.

My husband and I had been working with them for about 2 weeks to find the perfect car and right as we are getting the financing for the vehicle finalized they decide to sell it without any notification. These salesman are so beyond unethical and unprofessional. I am so disappointed with their customer service and would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

My experience with 212 motors was a disaster and still is. We purchased a 2017 Ford Focus. My wife told them something didn't sound right with the transmission and was told that's just how the eco transmission sounds. Well when we took the vehicle to dealership, they said they moved all equipment to Columbia. They said they test drove the vehicle 2 times and it was skipping but didn't hear the noise lol, when we got the vehicle back the vehicle was only driven 1 mile.. They kept it over night. I've tried to call and let them know my credit was destroyed because of them selling me a lemon. Ove been told 3 times a guy named Chris would return my call, he still hasn't returned my call after a month. Now today I'm taking the next step. This could have been resolved peacefully but 2 sell me a lemon and ruin my credit and not enough respect 2 return my phone call. Not good at all.

Purchased a Audi R8 from them a few weeks ago. I was assured pre purchase that the car was in great working order and that a full inspection had been completed. Upon arrival it was easy to tell something was wrong with the exhaust. After further inspection we learned the exhaust on the car was install incorrectly and the entire exhaust needed to be replaced.
