I called this place to ask them about getting me two used tires because I desperately needed them because I had a major problem going on with the traction system. That’s electric on my car and they literally told me to go behind the building and go walk around behind the building and find my own tires. And all these tires are big and heavy and you have to move them around to even look and I have never been to a tire shop In my entire life that wants you to go and find the tire yourself

This establishment took my lawn mower switched parts, did not even fix my lawn mower all he did was cannibalize my lawn mower the owner of this establishment is as crooked as anyone you will meet in your life. I do not advise anybody that wants a job done to go to this establishment it is a ripoff

Just purchased a truck from Gladden, 2018 Ram unfortunately a small issue with the heat and air cutting out( Ronnie Gladden sent me right over to these fine folks, THATS great customer service if you ask me)
These FANTASTIC gentlemen saw me today ?. Told me it might be a different issue with it, so to let them know right away if so ❤️
Unfortunately it was, gave them a call, and their on it!
Impressed to say the least!
Highly HIGHLY recommend.
Shout out to Bubba!
AND they fixed the seat belt! I didn't even mention that to them! ?
* The young lady at the desk was very helpful as well.

Been coming here for years and Bubba and his staff has always treated me right. Sometimes they may have to hold your vehicle do to getting parts or other reasons and it can take a while, but they have A LOT going on and can only do so much. But they will take care of you and not try to over sell you on anything. Very satisfied 15+yrs now?

So disappointed because we love to give our business to small businesses and give good reviews, especially in this day and age but I just can't with this one...Feels like we were taken for an expensive, timely and unenjoyable ride with this experience that just keeps on giving..We moved here a few months ago and right after we moved in, we had trouble with our van...It's old but we aren't ready to part ways yet... It was acting funky so we called here, because they were now local to us...Had it towed there. Took 3 weeks to fix, new water pump installed and paid over $500 for the repair. That would be fine had it worked. Picked it up and within a mile, it stalled out. Managed to get it home. Go outside about a half hour later and it's leaking everywhere. Called and called but realizing it was a Saturday, they must have left for the day. Call first thing that Monday morning and we have it retowed there. 13 weeks, yes 13 WEEKS, until we got it back. Who do you know that can go that long without a vehicle? Called every single week for an update and was promised by one of two woman, whomever answered that day, they would find out what was going on and call me back. That they needed to speak to Bubba to find out what was happening. Ok, thats fine except not one phone call returned, ever. Went up there to get answers and it suddenly was done, all fixed. Again, no one ever called and never even said why it was still leaking after the water pump was replaced or what was now fixed. They didn't charge us this time. Get it home again and low and behold, it's still leaking all over the driveway. Over $500, a total of 16 weeks later and still can't be driven. I hate leaving reviews like this but this whole experience was just uncalled for in every way. Had they just said they can't fix it from the beginning or communicated anything, I would have respected that and we would have went somewhere else that could. Now we are back to square one, out over $500 and still with an undrivable vehicle.

Went here at 2pm today since the business is listed here as being open til 3 today. I was met with rudeness and hostility by a man who identified himself as the owner when I asked if it was his business. I explained to him that online they are listed as being open til 3 and that’s why I was there. He gave no apology, no response at all, he just stared like a rude creep. Will not be back if this is how he treats potential customers especially when it’s his own fault that his business hours listed are incorrect. Also, judging by the negative reviews, I dodged a bullet. Go to Brown’s if you want to deal with actual professionals and good customer service

I can only say nice things about this place! I called after having a pretty traumatic morning with a blow out. Being alone and never have gone through that was scary enough but being in the middle of nowhere was even harder. When I called I was greeted by the nicest person, very helpful and sincere. They had a tire and could help me and she was up front saying they had two guys working so it may be a bit of a wait. When I pulled in i asked the owner (didn’t know at the time) where to park and he was like right there. I got my kiddos out and went inside and was greeted by the owner again and his wife with their kids and another lady. They had just gotten lunch but that didn’t stop their hospitality at all. The owner continued to talk and ask questions just being friendly. This was a family establishment and they had friends show up and you could tell this was a good place to hang out and where friends went to visit. I learned they loss a close friend and they were just talking about him and reliving memories that was really sweet. The young man who helped with my tire didn’t take his lunch break while he helped me and took care of my car and finished it before even taking a break. I just think so highly of this shop and felt such a huge relief after the day I had.. so thank you so much for your kindness and your help today.

I had to wait 2 to 3 days just get my car back. They charged me almost $200 just to put antifreeze in it. They didn’t fix the problem and talked me in circles about what the problem actually was. I would not recommend.
