I called this company for an accident claim repair right after a bad experience with another body shop and they told me I could drop it off same day. Great staff that wants your business and your satisfaction. Ashley and the wonderful woman at the front desk were great I was in a scramble at the time and don’t remember her name.

My daughter took her car to them and it took them for ever to get it back, they keep pushing date back to have it done.when we called up there they couldn't give her answer for when it was and we rude.

I would never take my vehicle back to this shop. I had an insurance claim repair after hitting a deer. I needed a bumper, grille, and paint. They kept my truck for two and a half months.
I got an estimate on Feb 13. They scheduled for me to drop it off on Feb 26, which I did. After that, I got spammed with automated texts from them almost daily with an updated pickup date, always kicking the date down the road by 1-7 days. I never got a personal call explaining anything. Of course, I called them and they didn't really seem to care, just claimed my bumper was backordered and blamed shipping problems. Late in the afternoon on Friday, May 3 as I was headed out of town, they called out of the blue to say it was ready. I went to pick it up the next Monday morning. When we got there, the truck was pulled up to the shop and a guy was under it still working on something. We left to run some errands and went back later that day. This time the truck was out front. It turns out when I came the first time they were installing a grille insert that had just come in. They claimed they were going to let me take the truck and bring it back when the grille insert arrived. None of this was shared when they told me it was ready for pickup. I checked it out and it wasn't even painted to match how it was when I dropped it off. The bumper was painted but the grille and emblem were not, and they'd already gouged the new paint job. I told them this and they claimed painting the grille wasn't covered by insurance because it was custom work. The bumper and grille for my truck came black and I had them painted white. It makes no sense that insurance would cover painting the bumper but not cover painting the grille. In any event, I pay an additional premium to cover custom work on my truck, so it was covered anyway. They would know that if they made a simple phone call to me or the insurance. After I told them that, they said they'd contact the insurance. A few days later, late in the afternoon of May 9, again with no heads up, I got the call that the truck was ready. I picked it up the next day May 10. They didn't actually contact the insurance to verify my additional coverage, probably because the work should have been covered anyway.
So, to recap, they initially scheduled me out 2 weeks to drop it off, as if they run a tight ship. Apparently, they tore the truck down before ordering the parts, so I couldn't even drive it while they waited for parts. The only phone calls I ever got from them in the two and a half months they had the truck was to tell me it was ready. When I got there, they were still working on it so it wasn't ready at all. They tried to get out of some of the work by claiming insurance wouldn't cover it. They ended up doing it anyway without checking with insurance. Terrible communication and poor ethics.

WHILE GETTING ESTIMATE ALL THE LADY HAD TO SAY WAS HOW MUCH SHE HATED DEALING WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY AN WAS VERY SNAPPY WHEN ASKED QUESTIONS.

Did awesome on the body work but added additional scratches to my car that wasn't there when I dropped it off. I didn't get an apology about it or anything so I just told them to please be careful with other vehicles.

I’d like to start off by saying this company’s communication with me throughout the process of fixing my car was VERY poor. I got into animal involved accident March 21st. I was told for weeks my car would be ready April 28th(Estimated pickup date was May 5th), I called on the 26th to make sure the 28th is still accurate just to be told a grill part was cracked(which is totally understandable) mind you I was told the part was supposed to take 2 days to arrive. Come the 5th(estimated date of pickup) there’s another issue delaying pickup once again. Not once have they reached out and communicated these arising issues I’ve had to take it upon my self to get updates and figure out what the hell is going on. Also upon arrival of picking up my car there were 2 caution lights(break light & right turn signal) which should have been cleared before getting my car back. The white guy that works in the front office disrespectfully stated “I’m not paying for your break light” when my break light wasn’t out upon arrival. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this shop my paint job was very distasteful. Look at the poor work done in the pictures below
