Awsome owners and honest. they fix the crack and balanced and mount wheel has a slight bend in hub. Owner did not charge me for tha labor due to its not straight will come back to do business again in the future. Recommend and they do powder coating as well check them out.

How do you leave 10 stars on here?! Dave and his crew did a phenomenal job on my 4 runner wheels. I have had co workers use them before for bends/cracks on their wheels and told me to give him a shot. Boy am I glad I did, it looks like a complete different vehicle now after they were done! The customer service from the receptionist up front was top notch as well, making sure my repairs were exactly what i was hoping for. Innovative wheel solutions will continue to have my business for years to come! Thank you again for the professional and fast service.

I absolutely destroyed my wheels went I got shoved off-road at about 60mph. Destroyed 2 of my wheels. I called one other place and they said because of the severity of the damage, they could not fix them.So I call Innovative wheels, and they guarantee they can fix them. I was suspicious. I asked the lady (receptionist) just to 100% guarantee me that the wheels would look brand new when they were done. And she did.I texted her all throughout the week asking questions and she would answer them, got my car back and the wheels truly looked brand new. The price seems heavy, but my wheels were special which upped the price, either way, I paid less than half the price of a new wheel by fixing it through them!There is no point to go anywhere else, if you absolutely destroy your rims (I promise you can’t do it worse than me) then come here, and get em fixed.Ps: Don’t listen to Katie, I had amazing service from these people and I’m only 19 years old.

Hands down amazing service. I highly recommend them for any wheel repair. They helped me out by chasing down a ghost vibration by completely ruling out the wheels, and helped me assess that I had two tires that were part of the issue. Anything wheels definitely use this establishment!

Very pleased with the service at Innovative. Went from potentially shelling out over $1000 waiting multiple days to get my car back in the road to getting my rim repaired and back on the road in less than 2 hours. I'll certainly recommend them and use them again when needed.

Absolutely satisfied 100%. Fast turn around. Perfect color match, and the machine work was OEM. Great job. Met with me when I picked it up explained how to take care of new repairs. If I saw anything I wasn't happy with it would be addressed without hesitation. I have been doing business with them for 10 years, great people, very professional and polite. Found this shop online for my son. He had 2 wheels with cracks and had him bring his wheels here to get them repaired. One wheel wasn't holding air. The cost was $205 per wheel. And the photos are the results of the repairs performed here. They have some really good reviews but definitely disappointed in the result for what the cost was. Looks terrible. Giving 2 stars because the wheels are hold air. This repair was certainly not worth 5 stars or the $400+ that was spent.

Was referred to this place by the manager of a body shop for a dealer in Greenville. Called the owner, David, and sent him some pics of the damage. He was careful to talk through various options with me, and conveyed that he would have to weld the wheels. He alerted me the chemical composition of the aluminum rods they used wouldn't be an exact match, so if I wanted "perfect" I would need to buy a new wheel. After settling on an option for powder-coating if things looked screwy after the initial repair, and finally getting able to get the car up there, they got to work. Three days later they called, and I went to check out the result. Maybe it ain't "perfect," but danged if it isn't awfully close!!! They really did a stellar job, and this is clearly a fella who takes pride in the quality of the work he puts out. If your wheels need work...David Perez is definitely the man to see!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Drove an hour to Innovative because of the reviews. I had 2 bent rims that I knew of but they later called and said all 4 were bent so I paid nearly $600 to get them fixed only to get home with my car and realize they scratched ALL FOUR wheels really badly as you can see in the pictures. It looks like they scraped the weights off with a screwdriver and the lug area was scratched as well.I messaged them let them know and they agreed to fix it. However when I got there I spoke to Dave (the owner) who was so unprofessional and after agreeing to fix it said that did not happen there which I know for a fact that it did and I have the text messages to them admitting it the day before. He tried to talk me into paying him to completely refinish them because “some of them already had curb rash” as if that justified the damage they had done. He had no explanation as to how it happened and clearly did not want to fix what they messed up but agreed to put touch up paint on them.I wanted to give him a fair opportunity to fix their mess up. When I got my car back the second time the wheels looked worse than they did before. There was over spray on the inside and the face of the rims. It looked like somebody had just spray painted them and they didn’t put weights back on any of my rims. So I ended up having to pay another shop in Greenville $600 to fix what they messed up.Dave also claimed they normally do a walk around when customers pick up their cars which they did not do the first nor the second time probably because they knew they messed them up both times.So I do not recommend this shop and do not be like me and go there based off the reviews. I’m not sure how they have the reviews that they do but unless you want your rims scratched and have to deal with a business that is unprofessional and sketchy, and pay another shop to fix what they mess up, don’t go here.Don't let these good reviews fool you.

Derrick Grey is the best. These guys know what they are doing! You will always be pleased with their workmanship. Well worth 5 stars.
