You pay so much I wish I could have had enough time to find another storage building when you go in the gate you can not turn left or right bc it’s too small then if you have to back out with a U Haul there’s absolutely no room I’m paying 95.00 for a 10 by 10 I had to leave stuff behind that I’ve had for years like my painting chair over priced the highest insurance to protect your stuff is 2000 bucks a lot of peoples belongings like my own is worth more than 2000$ and they receive the insurance money for any and all damaged storage units the person 2000$ how far is that I’d research before jumping if you move start researching months before just getting a storage build at any Eagle Guard

Worst customer service ever. I never could get call backs or a live person on phone. Property is not secure. I never moved my things into the unit. Left messages to cancel and was charged anyway. Had to remove my card from the website to stop the charges. Then get nasty emails.

I am very happy with Eagle Guard, it was very easy to get the unit that I wanted and it was very easy to pay for it.i was also happily surprised to talk with someone who was able to speak very good english. She was very helpful and very friendly to talk with.

Tammy was great to work with over the years and always responsive. However the owner has never designated assigned spots and my “spot “ was taken 4-5 times which for a 21 ft boat not easy just to park anywhere and very frustrating. Never had any security issues.

The unit itself was the perfect size. And, the location was perfect for me. However, the space between buildings could have been wider. And, it would have been nice if those driveways would be swept or blown occasionally. Also had issues on occasion with the main gate lock as well as the unit lock.

My mom has had a storage building there for a little over a year. they do not lock up the empty storage buildings. Several others were broken into as well. This happened in September and they have YET to give them their money back for the insurance claim. They refuse to give any information on who the insurance company is.Tammy keeps giving my mother the run around on when she will get her money back for the items that were stolen and she paid monthly for this insurance.They said that they change the codes to the gates and they do NOT!!!!I would NOT trust my personal belongings to be stored here!ALSO ----- Cameras DO NOT WORK!
