The big name jewelers don’t hold a candle to the service and knowledge that the experts at Classic Jewelers possess.
Not only did Sandy help my husband and I find a beautiful present to give our daughter for her birthday, but she also assisted us with replacing my bridal set. I lost the diamond to my original set. Sandy helped me find the perfect replacement. I wanted to keep the original enhancer, which had to be adjusted to fit the new ring. The work completed on the enhancer is flawless.

I was referred to this jeweler. I was very happy to have the prongs on my ring checked. After a few months I knocked out my center stone so I took it back. That was my fault. Had 1 prong replaced and the stone reset. Within 3 months the center stone was lifted. I went back and the lady was rude and called me a lier. Refused to look up when the last time I was there. The jeweler blamed me and said it had been hit again, which it had NOT. They fixed it right then an and there however I will NEVER be back and I will NEVER refer. Stand behind your work and don’t treat people rudely.

I had 3 vintage ring sets (40 years and older) and my wedding set (22 years old) cleaned and repaired. They made everything look like it was brand new! Their communication was excellent through the whole process and the customer service was exceptional!

I had my old Timex watch (that I wear when working) with a broken watch band. I took it into your store and asked a middle aged female clerk if they sold watch bands. She replied that they did and after looking at my “old” Timex watch she said it couldn’t be repaired and the band was impossible to remove. She asked me “Why don’t you let me sell you a good watch” I told her I had a half dozen good dress watches at home and simply wanted to have this one repaired. I left the store and went to Hamilton Jewelers where the gentleman sold me a great watch band and installed it for less than 20 dollars. Classic jewelers, in my opinion has an employee that is either lazy or doesn’t know what she is doing. I won’t return to your store because of this incident.

Classic Jewelers resized my 46 year old white gold wedding band and diamond ring. Also fixed the prongs on the diamond. They are ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! THEY LOOK LIKE NEW! I am INCREDIBLY HAPPY! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Do not sell your gold here unless you want to be given a 1/3 what is worth. Business need to make money and I understand that, but to offer someone half what their gold is worth is an insult. I had been offered between $600 - $800 by 3 other locations for my gold they offered $300-$350.**How dare you have the audacity, to bring up some idiotic point system that has no baring on this conversation, quit avoiding the issue.Now on to the issue, I came in, had a scratch test and my gold was weighted, I was told $300-$350 I repeated $300-$350 they said yes. Unless you mistaking me for someone else, you are lying. You did give me a price after both test. Your response here shows a utter lack of professionalism.Because of your utter contempt for a genuine complaint I am lowering my score and will tell everyone I know to avoid your business.

Classic jewelers repaired a ring for me. It was one of my favorite rings. They did a fantastic job and they also cleaned it and it was shining like it was brand new. Highly recommended!
