service and phone were great but dealing with Jack was unpleasant. He needs a better attitude dealing with the public. Because of him, I changed to a different company. Jamie was always nice though.

They are con and scam artist! Never again will me or my family go here! I do not recommend this place at all! They are also very rude and hatful! The “owners son” needs to learn customer service respect because he is truly showing the company’s true colors if it really is a company or just father son owned!!!

Dont use this place they will rip you off they ripped my family off this month we went in to get a new phone and they gave her a old phone and then they would not do nothing abput it so 1 -10 this place needs to just be shoot down the people are ever rude about every thing

This guy argued with me about my moms phone. He told me that they didn’t sell her a used phone when they did. I had to remove the social media accounts from it so I know it was used. It messed up front he beginning and she finally was able to get down there to fix it or replace it and they charged her for another phone. Since he is the owners son he thought he could be rude and told us we didn’t have to shop there. If you’re looking for a store that has good customer service -go somewhere else!! DO NOT USE THEM!!

Y’all this place gave my grandma a used phone and sold it to her at new price. The volume was messed up and port was bad. Then the guy argued with my mom about it being sold as a new phone. Saying it’s her fault the phone was bad. He basically said he’s the owners son so there’s nothing she can do. In other words to bad-don’t shop here. This is piss poor service if I've ever seen it!! They charged her again for another phone. The mans name is Johnathon. He was absolutely rude!! Infinity Mobile in Easley. Dont shop there!!

Spoke to Joel on the phone, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. When we got to the store we got to work with Jack, he was also knowledgeable and super friendly.

I brought my phone up here to get the phone screen fixed. The price was much cheaper than anywhere around and came with a warranty. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond when I brought an issue to them even after my warranty expired. Great repair and great service.

Overall not good experiences, staff was nice enough though slightly disorganized. After they replaced a screen for me ($100) and it broke immediately the very next day without dropping I won't ever return. It was charging and then I picked it up, put it in my purse, took it out in the car a little while later and noticed it was completely cracked. I called and was basically told oh welI. I won't be returning. Obviously they're using super cheap crappy replacement glass etc that does not compare in quality to the original.
