This has to be the worst pilot in the company lazy employees. I made a reservation for a parking spot I even call ahead of time to let them know I will be arriving late. They told me if someone in the spot just come in and we will move them like I have done a million times. Drove all night only to arrive and the night manager Christine said they don’t come outside at night in a perfectly safe area. You guys got to hire better people. Now I know this is not a company policy just pure laziness. I would like the store manager Sam to reach out this is unacceptable.

Ok bathroom. Clean enough I didn't have to leave. The pump only had an old school card stripe scanner which I almost just left due to, and then it had some sticker on it saying something about void if something something I couldn't read and to notify the attendant or something. Super sketch, nothing about that gives any security at all, so I almost left again, but I checked and another terminal had it too, so I figured it's unlikely you'd scam multiples the same way, so I figured why not. But then I couldn't even read the console because it was super degraded and in the sun, I couldn't read anything on there. And all the trucks going in and out made it not fun, especially with all the construction right now.

Very small lot. If you have trouble walking up stairs, stay away from this Pilot. Stairs EVERYWHERE. You have to walk up stairs from the lot to the store…twice. And another set of stairs to walk up if you want go to Wendy’s. My hips are not very good and climbing all those stairs was unpleasant to say the last.

It Is One Of the worst Truck stop there is It has parking but be were if there is no parking they will move you if you are park wrong even if you don't bother no one they don't care about none of your live and on the inside you better hold done and have a lot of patience Just don't come here not worth it. And Listen. Even the mighty falls. if we all just stop coming to this place than they will simply have no choice but to close this site. leaving all this bad people without a job. some time the bullies will not stop till you lock back and say enough. JUST DONT COME HERE IS VERE DISRESPECTFUL PLACE TO BE

I would have put a zero if I could have worst management ,so very bad attitude, and disrespectful to customers ever at a Pilot I've ever been to I run pilot cars she they went around asking everybody if they're sleeping there it we are all drivers , pilot car escort ect with company name and an vehicles she's a very bad attitude with everybody, asking at a driver that was in the driver's lounge you can hear that person screaming all the way you could hear it from the c store in my opinion pilot has an f for failure of good
and respectful management second I get five stars to the fuel desk five stars for Wendy's and the other management that works and five star for mantatance but they need to do something about the first shift manager, obviously she was not tault
speak nice to people show respect and treat people the way they the way they need to be treated not with an attitude to others and customers and I'll be calling corporate making a complaint.

Nice staff. But NO decaf!? Only 2 coffee selections, unlike other properties. Under remodeling. Very trafficky!
