I brag about how good the service is at Wells Fargo. I’ve used many branches in North Carolina as well as South Carolina. I’ve had several friends switch from BOA. I walked in the Conway branch to do a CD today. I asked a simple question about changing in coins at a machine. I asked Patsy when I walked in. She was rude when I asked and told me to sit down. We sat with no customers visible. Sat for 30 minutes with out even a hello or a it will be a few minutes. We left to go to Carolina forest Wells Fargo.Sad service!

The man there that wears the mask is rude I have back issues and can't sit I was waiting to speak with someone and he told me if I could not sit I had to leave my company make 150k + and I'm treated like a child there never again could not get what I needed done had to go to carolina forest to get it done nice people there

Rudest experience I have ever had trying to make a bank account with this bank. The woman I worked with had an attitude and didnt answer my questions. I feel as if she was judging me because of my age as well I am young so I understand I may not know everything and just wanted some help. I have never experienced disrespect like the one i had yesterday. Tellers were amazing nice people! Not sure about the others.

I couldn't be any more surprised at the reviews, it seems as though they do not care about their customers anymore, sad to say that me, my husband, and my mother, and children, will look for another bank that thinks their customers should be treated with respect and dignity. Maybe their pay should be docked and put where it should be better used, the tellers... Take it away from the corporation, and the higher ups that think they are way better than any of us, or their employees. I rate this bank -5 stars. Myrtle Beach store is completely the opposite. Sad to say Good Bye to Conway.

I asked for paper deposit envelopes and was told they don’t give those out because some people ask for too many. Maybe I should deposit my money in a different bank

They have their hours listed as open till 6pm on Friday's. I got to drive thru at 4:15 and they were closed. They need to update their info. I know covid19 has alot of things messed up but what's the excuse for closing drive thru 2 hours early and on a Friday at that. Nice move guys!!!

Worst bank ever. Your house can get damaged multiple times due to flooding and hurricanes and all they can do is give you hell about cashing your insurance check.
