Made reservation for specific vehicles yet they dont have it. Had to drive 20 minutes out of the way with there driver to pick up at another location. Probably better off making reservations at that other location as well.

Couldn't drop the key upon returning the van as the key slot was too narrow for the key. So I'll have to return the key in person on monday morning.

Rates were good, guy was helpful except we were moving from Conway to Georgetown and they set it up for a round trip instead of one way so instead of dropping truck off when we git to Georgetown we had to turn around and take the truck an hour back to Conway, was just a waste of time we didnt have
