I really prefer buying most any item in local business. Office Depot for me does a good job with items they sell. My only negative with them is how much they have cut back on merchandise in the local store.

Ordering was quick and easy and so was the pick up - the employee who helped carry printer to my car was awesome. Highly recommend Office Depot!

I came in at around 3 or 330 for a easy print job. Just 98 pages, front and back, hole punch, and binded. I didnt leave until 4:15. I sat there while they prioritized around 3 or 4 other people's print jobs over mine even though I was first. Their print jobs were also 300 pages which was larger than mine. They were in and out, and I was stuck there for about an hour. On top of everything, it wasnt printed out front and back so I got charged double for the paper. I would go back and get it fixed but I dont have the time.

I always use Office Depot to print important documents that I need. I'm always lucky to have Aubry take care of me. She's very pleasant and always willing to help me. I went to Office Depot on Wednesday and due to a car accident I was in a little bit of pain. Aubry was training Claudia, a new associate, who was also very nice. Aubry was nice enough to run and get an item for me while Claudia took care of the documents I needed. Aubry is an awesome associate!!!

This store (Conway, SC) has the worst inventory. It is constantly out of stuff and is usually understaffed. Their hours aren’t the best either.

Horrible customer service. I came in and asked the associate at the front door where I could pick up my print job and with a condescending tone he directed me to the print shop. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes trying to get the associates attention as she helped another customer, no acknowledgment and avoiding eye contact. Meanwhile another customer came in and the same associate at the front door pleasently greeted him, retrieved his order from the print shop and sent him on his way within 2 minutes. There is no reason why I needed to wait 10 minutes to pick up a prepaid order while there were 3 associates standing around twiddling their thumbs. I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service I received and will take my business elsewhere.

I want to give a shout out to Aubry and AJ. Both of these young women went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful. So, why the 1 star you ask? I am an amateur photographer and just being to build my portfolio. I was at the counter and the 2 of us were going through my pictures trying to decide on a dew to print. She made me feel so good by complimenting my photos and encouraging me to continue etc. (Now mind you, there was NOBODY in the store except me) when out of nowhere the manager walks up and suggests that I do this online! Wow! My wonderful experience just died on the floor. I hate to say it, but I will NOT be getting my photos developed through Office Depot in Conway. I am so sorry to Aubry and AJ who were so wonderful and helpful in the process. Maybe one of them should be your store manager instead of Earnest.

Ernie, Kevin, AJ, Debbie and the entire staff are amazing! They are always so pleasant and helpful each visit. They truly display customer service! The absolute best Office Depot in Horry County. It’s always a pleasure that’s why they get my business!

We can not express the gratitude or kindness from this store enough! As we conduct a missing person's search, this Office Depot (Conway, SC) has been genuinely kind enough to supply free printed Flyer's to help our community to locate a missing person. Ernie (the manager) was so helpful, kind & understanding. I am a regular customer...this team of employees are just awesome, always helpful and kind. The customer service each visit I make, is exceptional & pleasant...along with helping our community, I can't say THANK YOU ENOUGH! YOU MADE IT POSSIBLE... The family also thanks you !! Ultimate act of kindness and love...it doesn't get any better...AGAIN,WE ALL THANK YOU!
