I can't seem to find any phone service cheaper than T-Mobile. Not exactly a rave review, but I will say that service has been good and they don't continually bombard you with upgrade texts. One complaint would be their phone purchase promos. It's unclear that the 'free phone' offer is limited by the age of your current phone. Newer iPhone models mean more trade in value. An iPhone 6, for example is practically worthless in a trade in where a 12 has fairly strong value. So if you think there is a true FREE iPhone, check first.

I really don't know why this store has low reviews. I had an easy, effortless experience with Marco and his crew. The staff were friendly, talkative, and helpful. My transition from an iPhone X to an iPhone 11 was really good. Keep up the good work!

I have been with Verizon and t-mobile and my last carrier was actually sprint. It seemed like they were all about 120 dollars a month for one line for a new iphone. I was actually sick of sprint and had paid 1,100 for the iphone 10xr when it actually just died one day. I brought it back and they said sorry contact apple. I couldn't believe it! I was very very upset. Out of all my carriers I thought about t-mobile again when a friend said just go to metro. I said I know nothing about there service she insisted I would love it so hesitately I went in and saw a sign for the new iphone se so I said ok I will try it. As I came towards the door a young lady came to ask me some questions you all know by now social distance but she said come right in I can definitely help you. Well so everyone reading this knows her name is Allison The assistant manager and honestly I don't know why not manager. But not only did she help me to this day 4 months later which I am so so very happy with t-mobile again and a quarter of the price she is helping everyone I send there. I would love to give a very very special thanks to Allison

The person working the counter today has absolutely no people skills whatsoever...i walked in at 1158 to be told I have to leave because they don't open until noon....really???? Then lock the door...i didn't know and I surely didn't deserve to be spoke down too... Also on my way out I asked one question about a price of a an iPhone...only to be told they don't have them.....your counter person clearly don't want to help customers properly....this is not the first time I've had a poor experience at this location...i planned on spending at least 350 or more on a new phone today instead I will be buying from a third party source.. I also will not be returning This made me feel I should switch to a different carrier...the constant poor service at this location is despicable.
