Made a reservation for Conway, SC location a month ago. Upon arrival, I discovered the place permanently closed! No notification from Hertz! Tried calling every phone number I could find for Hertz and all of them either directed me to the website, placed me on hold forever or just hung up. Never had a worse experience! Had to scramble to find another rental.

Worst service ever. I booked a car for 2 days. I was told I would get a car within 2 hours of my rental start time. I called back as requested every 2 hours only to find no car was still available. I ended up waiting for 6 hours until they closed to still not get a callback or a car. No one answered calls 2 hours before closing at this location.After multiple attempts I got in touch with an external agent who said a car would be available the next morning shortly after opening. The following morning I received a call saying the car is still not ready and is in servicing. I called back over the course of 3 hours only to keep telling me they don’t know how much longer till the car is ready. Finally I received a call 15 mins before they closed saying the car is ready we need to close so I hope you are in your way.I then attempted to call the airport location in Myrtle Beach only to hit a wall with any attempt to reach an agent. After an hour of trying I finally reached an agent who said they will call me back after attempting to reach a manager. I never got a call back.NOTE: Don’t book with this service because they will ruin your whole day. A waste of your time and money. Go elsewhere.

I had a great experience at this Hertz. Very affordable prices. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a rental car.

Man behind counter was VERY rude!!!! Gave me a hard time to get my vehicle and was making rude comments, I will never use hertz again because of this man!!

I rented a vehicle on 10/1019 until 10/13/19. I return the vehicle on 10/13/19 at 3:00 PM paid my through my credit card on the 16th of October which cleared my bank on the 18th of October, then as I usually do check my credit card balance I discovered Hertz charge my account for extra service I did not receive. This is fraud. This is the reason I don’t give my credit card . I will allow the expert deal with the fraud
