Josh went above and beyond for me recently. After not being fully satisfied my last time here, he made sure to personally call and make it up to me. Two new tires, front brake pads, and they restored my rotors. All same day and without an appointment! He even let me go into the shop and look at my car w him and the crew. I received an over the top discount and even better customer service. I cannot say thank you enough! I promise I will not go anywhere else from here on out! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! (Someone give Josh a raise effectively immediately lol)

Oil change and tire rotation was very slow and I had an appointment. Only had one guy at the desk with people waiting.

I specifically booked my oil change from the coupon for $29.99 that was online. I'd never used Firestone for anything and I figured I'd try it. Mike helped me in the store. He got my information and was nice and asked me about if I preferred full synthetic or semi synthetic and I said probably semi. He said that's what I would do and it's cheaper. After they completed my oil change, Mike called me up to the register and typed something on the computer and told me I could go ahead and insert my card to complete the order. I asked him how much it was because I was not given the price and it didn't show up on the credit card machine. He said $83.29. I said now wait I had the $29.99 coupon I'm not paying that price when I booked my appointment through the link in the coupon. He got very rude and t said your motto is priced right and fixed right and that's not what I agreed to. After arguing and saying I'd never return he honored the coupon and said it's been a long day I'm sorry. Very rude

I made an appointment on line to have an alignment done. I showed up a few minutes early. After an hour, my car still hadn't been brought into the garage. The old fool of a service manager just stood around whistling to the music on the radio. No communication, no sense that maybe my time was valuable. At the hour and fifteen minute mark, I finally asked for a status update. "Did you have an appointment?" "Yes." "Looks like you're next. We'll get you right in." So irritating. The only positive was that the mechanic who did the alignment was knowledgeable and polite in telling me what he found. Service manager, "0", mechanic, "7", net result, "3".

I seem to always have wonderful help from all the Firestone dealerships i've been to in the states of South Carolina, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Iowa and Wyoming.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Had made an oil change appointment for 9 am. Dropped car off at 8:30. Customer service with woman attendant was more interested in finding out if we were in system than just taking input information. Hour later, got "prospectus" for over $100 for oil change only. Went directly back, they hadn't even started on car, hadn't touched it, yet here I am with a $100 prospectus. I asked woman attendant how they could give a prospectus without even touching car yet. She said that is what they normally do. We took keys and left. No work done on car. We dropped it off before our scheduled appointment time. We will never be back. $100 for an oil change... really? Worst possible experience ever.

Mechanic stated to my girlfriend that she needed work done to her vehicle that she didn't need to be done because it was done by the Jeep dealer 6 weeks prior to coming here just for an oil change. Trying to up charge an oil change never going back,Watch out people.

The people that are now at the front desk are great. The last couple of times I came here the service was horrible. Sorry I don’t remember his name but he professional courtesy was fantastic.

Service was great. But in my 46 years of owning an automobile I have never been charged for removing a nail and patching said hole ever. Was charged $30.00 I guess this is the new normal.
