Cluttered store and floors were absolutely disgusting. They look like they haven't been swept or mopped in years. I was quick to get out of there and thought about throwing away my shoes.

This store amongst a few others always is filled up with carts of stock not just the day they get shipments all week all month. Can't get to products on the shelves with carts always in the ways. If your looking to have an anxiety attack this is a good store to make it happen.

The store was fine and the employees pleasant. However, seeing the sign on the door saying that they had to be open till 10pm just ticked me off! After every thing that has happened this year, one would think a major corporation that has been making billions off of their underpaid employees would step up and at least close the store at 6pm like everyone else!

The manager is rude and not friendly at all. The store is nasty and there was plastic totes on different aisles because of the ceiling leaking. She is not helpful at all.

Associate was sitting on the counter, messing with her phone back turned towards the customers as I walked in. I shopped around and went to check out but wouldn't you know she was in the same position doing the same thing. Looked back at me, turned and finished on her phone, looked at the other associate that was actually working and sighed like I was bothering her to ring my items up. I'm sure they can find ppl that want to work.

My husband and I agree this is the worst family dollar on the face of the planet!!! The employees were all yelling to each other all about their personal lives so loud we couldn't hear each other let alone think where things might be located. The employees were NO help navigating the most convoluted store I have ever seen !!! Finally the check out was worst of all. The cashier didn't know how to operate the family dollar coupon app could NOT answer questions either!! I spent $75.00 with $3.00 off!! To top it off was a sign over my favorite candy that said buy one and help vote us the best in the region!! Lol I will take my $3.00 savings and every penny I have and go to dollar General!! Where is undercover boss when you need them to close a store and put the public out of their misery? I give them minus 5 stars.

Just wish they would clean/ mop their floors and wipe down shelves. Not just this store either. I'm going to take a pic one day and post it. Store sells cleaning stuff but fail to demonstrate the use of it themselves. Other than that....I like it. Employees are super friendly!!!
