T mobile couldn’t get all of the pieces out. Mike from Batteries and Bulbs got it out in 20 seconds. Saved me $300 from buying her a new IPhone. Love this place.”
“My wife dropped her Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra while on vacation in Florence, Italy. We found a Samsung Customer Service Center in Rome but they wouldn't look at it other than to say the phone had to be repaired in the USA. We found a break/fix shop but they required at least 4 days and we were leaving for home in 3 days. Once home, we opened a claim online which took all of 10 minutes, We then dropped the phone off at the store expecting it to take at least a couple days. But the tech told us to come back in 2 hours and when we did the phone was fixed. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!!”
“Ben was excellent in repairing my dishwasher Sears home repair has the worst customer service there is no one your can speak they me out of I wanted to change my repair date and it would not work on the site so I had to wait 2 weeks to have my dishwasher repaired to me that is no acceptable at all you have not live person you can speak to”
“Wicked nice, fast, and cheap. Been there twice and have had nothing but positive things to say. There always seems to be at least 2-3 employees out ready to help. They took only 20 minutes the two times I went there to fix broken screens. Not to mention they are they cheapest place I’ve been. No reason not to go.”
