Caring and communicative practice. I highly recommend them.

Aspen has a sales/broker agent that get referrals for medicare beneficiaries with the goal of changes their current plan. This is bad business and I will be reporting that broker! The medicare beneficiaries are being fed lies and put on worse plans so the agent can get paid. As he described it "getting credit". The agent is just getting the referral from them and changing the plan to just do it. Educate yourself and don't fall for these tricks. I would avoid them at all cost!

I was called to see if I could come in earlier than my appointment time. Then waited for almost an hour. Friendly, competent staff. Estimate seemed on the high side

Very good experience today. First visit. No waiting, efficient, friendly. Lucky for me, I have no dental issues. Cleaning is next week. I expect no problems. I have been visiting a dentist 2x a year for 62 years, but have never been to ASPEN or any dental group. So far so good.

RUN from this PLACE! My son had his initial and ONLY appointment this morning that was "supposed" to have been @0900hrs this morning. My son and I arrived there @0846hrs. I provided the prefilled/completed information before arriving there and attached my dental information on top. I'm not sure if the receptionist was having a bad day or what, however, she goes to check him in and tells me my son is not scheduled to come in until the following Monday, the 4th @0800hrs. I inform her that date is incorrect as my son has classes in college, so I wouldn't have made the date for then. Originally, I made an appointment for the 21st of September, 2021; @ 0800hrs...I then, changed it in ample enough time-(approx. two weeks out), when he received his class schedule for the Fall semester. After she realized the error, she then continues to "click buttons" then said, Your appointment was for 0800hrs".I told her, "No, my appointment was scheduled for 0900hrs today, I even recieved a call from someone in this office a couple of days ago to confirm his appointment". She then, tells me to hold on and retrieved another lady from the back-(I apologize, for not catching their names in this post, BUT I CAN point them out). The lady comes to the front, there's about two other patients in the office at this time. She tells me, "I'm the one that called you and your appointment was at 0800hrs". I told her, absolutely not, my appointment was/and had always been 0900hrs when I had to reschedule from the original appointment on the 21st of Sept." They look as if they were going to turn us away at first, then she said, "We can take him, but in the future, you need to be on time for future appointments." I WAS INSULTED! I SERVED this Country for 22yrs and she doesn't think I KNOW how to be ON TIME??! The receptionist was trying to get me to fill out paper work that I ALREADY filled out...and I told her to turn the page from the first one-(with all the dental information on it) and she was telling me to sign the financial on that's about 3 pages long...it didn't quite make sense to me WHY you have anything about "West Virgina/ Missouri only" and has a signature right under it, I questioned it and she scribbled in "red" ink and told me not to worry about that part. To be honest, the financial paperwork should be customized to this state, since WE live here! My son/I filled out another form and then, I gave her the copies of the financial portion where it doesn't require a signature..I told her "I already" have these copies, I don't need these". This lady had to nerve to try to embarrass me and said, "Why are you throwing papers at me?" "I said, "Ma'am, I'm not throwing papers at you. UNBELIEVABLE! Instead of taking some responsibility/accountability, you BLAME ME for BEING LATE and saying I'm throwing papers because you guys messed up! We could've had just moved on admitting to a mistake. I didn't cause a scene...I needed my kid to be taken care of as he was provided information from his previous dentist that he had a small cavity-(they even provided the tooth #/location). On account, he "was" a "NEW" patient. The office informed me they like to have their own x rays...etc, when I provided my former dentist all the information to fax the most recent Xrays/paperwork from July 15th, 2021, cleaning; to these guys. Long story short, my son called me and told me that they scheduled him for a cleaning for this upcoming Friday and that the Dr. didn't find a cavity. WHAT??! I told my son to stay there and that I'll be there in 5min...(I only live mins away from this horrible office). I spoke to the Office Manager, Colleen-(the only reason I retrieved her name so that I could identify who was cancelling future appointments for me and my son, so that I wouldn't be charged in the furute). I didn't want to talk in front of the receptionist t

Great dentist. Extracted a tooth with absolutely no pain. The after-effects suck and I'm sore..really would've preferred having some pain relief prescribed but other than that was fantastic.

If zero stars was an option that's what I would choose. I went to this aspen location because it was the only place I could find that had quick openings. I explained when I made my appointment that I am 7 months pregnant and in pain and that I would be using my only available vacation day to come so I needed my broken tooth pulled while I was there. They said they understood and scheduled me. I drove almost two hours to get there and be told they don't have the only medication that can be used on a pregnant woman. Okay I get it it happens. So they got me in the following Saturday to pull it. Something told me on the way there this morning that I better call and make sure they got the medicine in. Sure enough they did but the dentist that works Saturdays (once a month), Dr. Carber, fecided he was not comfortable pulling it that it looks fused to the bone yet Dr. Mills who I seen to begin with is perfectly fine pulling it but doesn't work Saturdays. They were not evening going to call and tell me. They were going to let me drive two hours and be turned away again.Completely unprofessional. Obviously one of the two doctors has no business practicing since they say opposite things. Worst experience ever.Wasted my time and money and insurance. Will be filing a formal grievance with my insurance company.

The only complaint I had was when I was leaving from getting my cavities filled the lady helping me made me feel like I was inconvenienced her by asking a to schedule my 6 month teeth cleaning. When she did not help me she just told me to call when I was ready to schedule my appointment. I thought I found a good dentist office, but I guess I was wrong.

I had an emergency and called first thing in the morning, and they were able to get me in the very same day. I had dropped my denture and broke it in two. Not only were they able to repair that but I had a complete exam, X-ray and my cleaning done all in the same visit. I am so pleased with Aspen Dental and the price was very reasonable. Thank you Conway SC Aspen Dental

#1: I just recently moved to SC from CT. I made an appointment with Apen Dental in Conway, SC. The morning of my appointment I recieved a call from the receptionist who stated that they had to cancel my 3:00 Pm appointment because a hygenist had called out. I elected to go in to get my xrays done and to see the dentist for the free consultation. While being examined by the dentist I was informed that I needed invisalign because a couple of my back teeth were leaning inward slightly. Mind you...I have perfectly straight teeth and have been seen by the same dentist for over 25 years in CT and never have I been told that I need braces or that anything was wrong the the conformation of my teeth. I get my teeth cleaned faithfully every 6 months. I refused the braces. #2: I provided the receptionist with my in-network insurance company, Cigna Dental, info at the time of the visit. After my second visit I was told that the Aspen Dental benefits person, K****, had not contacted my insurance company. A couple days before my schedule cleaning I was contacted my K**** who informed me that she was unable to contact my insurance carrier and had been on hold for hours. She told me that I needed to call them and get my own beneifit information and provide it to her. I called the company and spoke to a custome rep. The customer rep then put me on hold and called and spoke to K****. The customer rep informed me that K**** could access all of the info over the computer, Cigna Dental Portal, and that she didnt need to speak to them directly. #3: I was also told by the customer rep that K**** admitted to using another co-workers account to access the portal but could not get access to the info needed and that K**** needed to open her own account. I then spoke to K**** and passed on this information as well. K*** was extremely unprofessional and argumentative. She told me that she did not have time to set up her own account, she didnt have time to deal with my In-network insurance company, Cigna Dental, she had other patients to attend to and I would have to pay for my cleaning upfront and submit the bill to my insurance company for reimbursement. I was appaled by the unprofessionalism and her demeanor. I asked for contact info of her store manager, regional manager and corporate office. I spoke to the corporate and regional manager and informed them of my concerns which included the alleged fraud of using another co-workers account information to retrieve beneifit information of patients. They apologized for her unprofessionalism and stated that they were going to look into my complaint. I have not heard from anyone since. I do not recommend Aspen Dental for many reasons....#1: I beleive they are deceptive and selling services to unsuspecting patients that are not needed and/or justified and #2 the customer service is inept, unprofessional and disgraceful and #3 there is a potential of fraudulent misconduct taking place that could jeopardize patient information. Please use caution!

Went April 2021 to have an exam as I broke a tooth. Rescheduled an apt for tooth removal. Returned to have tooth pulled by same dentist. He refused to pull a healthy tooth that he said I could pull or get a crown. Took off work and list pay to only be told to wait for the tooth to become infected or crown it. I paid cash, told me.they would hold it until I decided about the crown. 145 for tooth pulled! 1000. For crown. I just called today July 19 2021 to tell them I'm coming to pick my cash up and then said we will mail a check to you. I paid with cash and will mail a check. Very angry

Dr Malak is the kindest dentist I’ve ever been too! He made sure I understood all of my X-rays and didn’t push me to do anything that I didn’t want to. Would highly recommend the practice as a whole!
