“I take back everything o said nice about them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE. My truck was in a wreck on 5/12 and here it is 8/21 and I’m still having issues. They sent the truck home with me the first time and the ball joint popped out while I was backing out my driveway. I may be a female but I’m not stupid that is not supposed to happen. Got it back again and had a mechanic go to change my head light because I was told it burnt out to find out they put a after market headlight housing in it instead of stock like is on the driver side. When I contacted them to find out why it wasn’t fixed I was told “ I know the headlight is aftermarket so it will be a little different but everything still operates the same. Please have him bring it by because I would like to see what is going on.” Why did yall feel it was okay to send me home with no light bulb at all in my truck and to not match the housing with what was already in my truck. They try to take the cheap way out but not with me. I trusted them to fix my truck instead they have not and this is there last change next thing I find wrong that they said they fixed will be handled by a lawyer.
I love how they kept in touch with me every step of the way and when they found other things wrong with my truck they called me to come in and look at it. Will not be taking my trucks anywhere else.”

“Sam and Paige are exceptional business owners. I took my 2004 F250 to them with an oil leak and needing routine services. Sam was very thorough and found several other things wrong or close to needing replacement. He had other options that could prevent future break downs, than the normal NAPA parts. Paige was very communicative and made sure I understood all of the issues. Sam's team went above and beyond by steam cleaning the entire engine bay and under carriage, and washed the truck prior to me picking it up. I will recommend SMA to anyone I know that has a Ford diesel truck, SUV or van. Also, I won't hesitate to call SMA for all of my future Powerstroke needs.”

“I took my alternator in 1/16/24 at 2pm I asked the young man when it would be ready and he said in the morning. I then asked him if they could have it ready that day and he said that he would try but it would probably be in the morning. I then explained to him my situation and he said he would see what he could do. Well I got a phone call at 4pm that day he told me that I could come an pick it up. He didn't know how much he helped me out. So I recommend this place to anyone who needs their services.”

They could have said our transmission needed to be replaced and we wouldn’t have known the difference, but they were honest and said it was just the cable. Would recommend this place to anyone.
