Was racially profiled at this bank when I went to cash my check a lady came behind the gentleman who was going to cash my check and said no we can’t cash this check. I ask why she said because it has mobile deposit on it ..I said because I wrote it trying to mobile deposit it but I had trouble and they told me just to go to the bank and cash it.. I told her I wrote it and she still refused to proceed with cashing my check… went to another Wells Fargo NO PROBLEM AT ALL CASHING MY CHECK .. she came up behind the gentleman and she was not called just because she saw I was black smh…

I have accounts at several banks and the employees are all polite and most of them know my name. At this branch when I walk in I feel like I'm part of the group. On top of that, everyone is VERY knowledgeable and helpful. This is definitely the "A" team! They pulled the best employees from all the branches and put them in this location.

Nice people. I switched from First Citizens because of how nice everybody was at this location. Everybody behind the counter is always polite and nice. Adger is understanding too. Recommend everyone to go to THIS location.

Great bank and a good location. The site is a little tight to navigate through and be careful trying to take a left onto Forest when leaving the ATM. Best bet instead is to loop around to Clemson Avenue and hit the light to make a left onto Forest.
