Came in don't accept walk-in for opening an account. So made appointment. Showed up for appointment on time waited over a half hour still not seen. They have no workers to help open accounts let alone customer service. Very bad business

The worst bank in America. I am very sad because I went to them to open an account. Unfortunately, they behaved with me without professionalism and in a way that reflects a bad image of America. They don't really represent America.Not kind at all.Not professional at all.

When to just make a simple deposited and there was one person on the teller line with 9 people including myself waiting in line. There was another banker that was in his office with clients. But no word from the guy at the teller line to apologize for everyone having to wait or even thanked us for being patient.
