Pharmacy is not dependable! Appointment for Saturday, received confirmation on Friday (day before) and reminder email on Saturday (day of appointment). Arrived 15 minutes before appointment to find the pharmacy closed until Monday. The employee at the checkout found out the pharmacy was closed when she came to work but not sure why it was closed and not sure how appointment would be rescheduled.Go elsewhere.

Walgreens pharmacy is a joke when it comes to getting vaccinated. The pharmacist give shots and she does it wrong each time . He doesn't have you are hanging by your side loose and relax. In stand she have have you bend your are arm with your elbow resting on the arm of the chair and the way she gives hers is quite painful. They should hire someone to just give vaccinations like at the other Walgreens pharmacies.

Gave them a few chances with getting different RX filled. They did the exact thing. NEVER READY, don't know what medication I'm picking up, submitted the claim can't get RX Transferred and said out of stock will get overnighted ... didn't come in until a week later. ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE..

Absolutely the worst pharmacy. Go to Clemson or Killian. I’ve used them multiple times, and every single time my prescription isn’t ready. I’ve waited 1 hour, I’ve waited 6, and every time it’s never ready the first time I come in. It’s completely upsetting to have you’re child suffering and unable to get them the medication they need ASAP.

Called in a prescription refill on Friday morning and the ready pick up time I was given was 10am that morning. I go on Monday around noon to pick up and it's not ready. I asked why and I was told she didn't know(with an attitude) but I could wait and it would be ready in 30 minutes, well this thing called lunch break from work. I would have went over the weekend or back in the evening but the pharmacy is not open on weekends and the evenings. Very frustrated!!!! Poor customer service.

This Walgreens Pharmacy is TERRIBLE! This particular pharmacy has the worse hours out of anybody in this area.The Pharmacy is open when everyone is at work, and closes early on weekdays when it's time for everyone to get off work. If you work a regular 9-5, you will not catch this Pharmacy open UNLESS there is NO TRAFFIC from your job to the pharmacy!HardScrabble Road has A LOT of traffic, so your chances of getting your medication from here are slim..Some of you may say, "I can get my medicine on the weekends because I'm off". THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE.This Pharmacy is closed on the weekends so getting your medicine on your off days is not possible. Do NOT use this pharmacy to fill your medications as their hours of operations will not fit in with your work schedule..They may tell you that the hours are temporary but that is not true! It's been like this for over 3 years.DO NOT take your medication to Walgreens on hardscrabble Rd.TAKE YOUR MEDICATION for fulfillment at another company

I use this Walgreens for everything! The app is so easy to navigate. They also always have some kind of specials on photo's. I'm always getting these cute photo books made that would normally cost $30 and I get them for $10. They run so many specials on everything! You got to try them out!! Staff there is great also!

I went in for the purpose of couponing for the $1.99 purex detergent. The cashier only allowed me to purchase one detergent with one coupon. I’ve never even heard of a Walgreens doing that before in my life. Stingy! And I say this because I went to the Walgreens on two notch they let me buy their last two at the same time, then I went to the Walgreens on decker Blvd and they let me buy as many as I had coupons for even the glitching ones. I’ll be going out of my way to shop at the other two places from now on when I coupon and if you coupon you should do the same.

Wags is wags. They have all of the basic resources that you need to survive. However, this store means more to me because of one important reason. I'm big into their discount sales. This is the ONLY Walgreens I go to that always has what I need on the shelf when discounts roll around. I assume people are going to their local Walgreens and have to drive to Sandhills to get to this one so it's less attractive. But I get excited knowing that if I see a deal and go this particular store, it's probably gonna be there. Thanks and enjoy your day by choice. -Fitz

I don't why the other Gentleman would blame Walgreen's for his insurance deductible going up forcing him to miss his insulin.

I love this Walgreens and the employees who work here. They know me by first name, I come in and am always greeted with a smile. The pharmacist Abby is wonderful!

This is one of the local Walgreens stores that are by me, so I frequent this one often. Upon entering the store, if there is someone at the register, they will greet me as I walk in. They are always pleasant and smiling. I can go in here and grab most of my favorite items and I can leave without any hassle. On my recent trip, I was looking for flushable baby wipes, but I couldn't find any, so I went with another product. The store is stocked very nice and the floor staff is usually nice as well when you encounter them. I will continue to frequent this location because of their friendliness and because of the location.
