Daughters medication got put in by the doctor at 1:30pm for strep, and they could not process it before they closed at 6pm. All they said was sorry we can have it ready in the morning when you come back. I have zero confidence in them caring enough to do their job in a reasonable time frame

Super close to my house and had to move all my stuff to Publix because it’s the worst run pharmacy I’ve experienced in the 6 states I’ve lived in.

Pretty bad service. Called to check on a Rx, was on hold for over an hr with zero interaction. I called manager to complain and she said they were "trying their best", which i doubt. If you're trying your best, you have more staff to handle the load, and you don't consider it OK to leave someone on hold for over an hour. I said we're probably not going to be customers of theirs for very long at this rate, and she hung up on me.
These long hold times at the pharmacy have been the norm for a while at this location.
Would not recommend them. In fact, I would definitely warn people to go elsewhere for Rx.

Worst pharmacy ever. Have one prescription that showed in-progress for 1 hour. I come to the pharmacy and no one in the store or the drive thru. I get told by the kid that it'll be at least 15 more minutes.

Staff are always friendly and helpful, but the pharmacy needs additional help - consistently long lines even at off-times. Rx website is often inaccurate and generally difficult to use. Seems to me the problems are 99% corporate-level neglect - not poor store management.

This place is awful never using them again, always a struggle to get them to answer the phone or they hang up on me, and don’t inform me that there was a problem with my insurance but charges me full price

Worst experience ever. This corporate making patient feels like it is hard to assess medication. Try independent pharmacies in the area like vistara pharmacy next to urgent care

This pharmacy is in dire need of new management !! . The pharmacy closes without notification and then will return medication , that you are unable to retrieve because they have days in which they are closed. You can not reach them by telephone , as you are place on indefinite hold. The overworked staff will act as if it is YOUR problem your medication is not available. No apology are given for their unscheduled closures of extensive wait times. This was once one of the better pharmacy locations. They need to revamp or close.

Horrible customer service skills. Their rudeness is uncalled for, and I hate feeling like I have to beg to get my prescription that my doctor sent in for me. Always slow and crowded. I could tolerate that but the rudeness and being out of medication to giving out the wrong medication is a big problem. Today again out of stock? I have never had that happened prior to moving here from Northern Virginia. I'm really shocked as this is new to me. They also gave me the wrong prescription one time I didn't realize it until I got ready to take it. This is a very serious mistake and who knows what could have happened had I not noticed it? There are a few good clerks working there, just hope when you call or go in to get one of these, but it shouldn't be this way. I had someone hang up on me the other day while trying to get information on my prescription. This should never happen when you're supposed to be operating in a professional capacity. These are all new to me. I believe they need to send it someone in from Walgreen as a secret shopper and get their experience with this pharmacy. Why are you out of stock of a medication and have NO idea when you will get it? This is for Forum Road store in Columbia, SC, Don't know how they gave me in San Francisco? I'll try to change it. But this area needs more pharmacies. We shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get out medication. It would be a win, win. Profit for a new pharmacy and the need to fulfill the communities needs.

Gradually went from good to most terrible service. My health condition was jeopardized today because of this store. The prescription, penicillin based medication that was promised me to be prepared as soon as possible hadn’t been prepared through the day with multiple promises of that being done in less than an hour. After 5 hours of waiting I had to contact Dr. to transfer everything to different pharmacy where it was done in less than 30 minutes. After explaining to technician how urgent that medication was to me, I was told to leave the store and rely on text messages from pharmacy.

They need to get it together. First time I went to this pharmacy I was in line for over an hour, the second time I went to this pharmacy. I was in line for 39 minutes and they didn't have my prescription ready. Save your time and just go to CVS.

I try to give the benefit of the doubt so maybe they're understaffed but the pharmacy here is incredibly slow as you can see from all the other reviews. Expect prescriptions to get delayed for hours and each car in the pickup line takes around 15 minutes. You'll have much better luck at Landy's or CVS down the road.

Very rude and inconsiderate. I have been there three times for a medication and despite being told when to come back, it still wasn't ready and then they tell me I have to come back a fourth time. They don't care about their customers in this Walgreens. I have never been so frustrated or treated like I didn't matter.

I've been frequenting Walgreens for years and never had a problem with the pharmacy. I'm not going to get into all the details about my experience at this location. I'm new to the area went in for assistance with a prescription and hit a brick wall. The pharmacy assistant I encountered was NOT customer service friendly at all. After not attempting to render me any assistance whatsoever. I overheard her talking negatively about me after she thought I had walked out of earshot of the counter.Discussed with my experience I went out to my car called the Clemson Rd location problem solved picked up my medication within thirty minutes. They took the time to listen to my situation and cared enough to help.Needless to say I will never set foot in the Forum Rd location again and would give them ZERO stars if I could.
