Horrible. The gas price listed on the digital board is always incorrect. And while it may not be the employees fault the manager or owner is never there to fix their mistake. Please do not come here to spend your money on anything. Gas was posted at $2.89 and I paid $2.94.

Ghetto gas station. Bathrooms clearly open and the young girl up front with glasses screaming at me that they're closed. There is not one thing convenient about this store. Just go down a ways and hit the circle k. They actually want your business. Just close this spot.

This place is ghetto. The staff is unprofessional and makes you feel that you are aggravating them when you walk in the store. Some of the pumps do not accept credit cards so you are forced to walk inside the store, try again and hope the next pump accepts cards or go into a different gas station. All in all I will not be back.

So supposed to be open 24 hrs store dark but pumps lit up. Tried to get gas pumps are turned off! Wasted so much time screw you Shell! At least shut your lights off so we know not to waste time stopping

Hands down the worst gas station I've ever been to. Staff too busy yip yapping with friends. Trash EVERYWHERE. pump 11 doesn't take your card.. It just let's you try it fifteen dozen times. Wretched stench inside. I'm not even going to talk about the bathroom situation. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for gas.

If Zero was a rating I could give, I'd give it. I have never had such terrible customer service. I walked in to change in lottery tickets and grab a soft drink. The area where the "Hot Stuff" pizza is was not tidy and closed. There was one cashier named "Jas". I get to the register and advise her I'd like to cash in my tickets first since I planned to use some of the winnings towards my soft drink. She takes my cards and scans them the. Comes back and hands me the card that won $75. Was a GO GREEN card. She said with an attitude "I can't cash this unless you buy more tickets." That remark threw me for a loop as on the back of the tickets it tells you that you can cash up to $500 in any store with lottery tickets. She was ok with cashing the one that one $20. I said ok and advised her I planned to get more tickets but I would wait on the one. She then held out her had for the $75 ticket and said well I can cash it then. So I handed the card back and she cashed it. She the. Asked impatiently which tickets I would like. I said I'll get three GO GREEN cards. She said we only have one. I said ok, I'll take it. Then asked for 2 other cards. When I said that was all she said under her breath, "I hope I have enough to cash you out" with attitude also. I'm thinking why did this girl have such a bad day. She counted out my change and I asked for a receipt. At this point I don't trust her or her attitude. Would I revisit this place? That's a BIG NO!!!!! I don't recommend anyone else visit either. I don't think I'd feel comfortable filling up at this gas station with the horrible customer service I received. Do better, I hope the owner retrains the staff to treat people the way they'd like to be treated.

Not too far from I-77 and on the way into downtown Columbia, this is a convenient gas station. It is currently a distributor for Shell products which means that I got my 3 cents per gallon discount for being a member of the Fuel Rewards program. Woot.Easy in and with the intersection, easy to get out and on the way to Columbia. The receipt printer worked and it's A-OK in my book.[Review 14028 overall, 1350 of 2020, number 665 in South Carolina.]

The clerk that was at the register, REEK ask me to put my mask on, I did but I ask him why you don’t have one, he said don’t worry about me, really ignorant and arrogant.
