Today(6/28/24) while in Sam's, we were just standing on an aisle looking at the app when we heard a HUGE bang. It sounded like a bomb going off it was so loud. When we turned around a freezer door had fallen off the hinges just a few feet behind us. That thing could've seriously killed someone, like no joke. That's how heavy that door was. Then someone, I'm assuming in management, came over and blamed us for opening it even though there was a sign that said not to open it(we didn't open it). What if a kid had opened the door, or someone that was looking into the freezer and looked past the sign? Or what if it just fell on its own like it did while we were standing there, but it instead hit someone over the head? And then on top of all that, their solution was to put it back up, just begging for it to fall on someone next time.
I'm not one for leaving reviews, but it was just such a huge hazard. I feel obligated to report the hazard

For whatever reason, sams on forest drive switched my pick up order to sams on fashion drive without notifying me or asking me. So I ended up going to the wrong sams location and waiting for them to come to my car. Then I realized the app says order picked up when I never got the items. Pending refund.

Ordered an item from the cafe through the app. Have to still show the order number to the cafe person for them to start preparing the order. I am not sure what the point is of ordering ahead in the app when you still have to go through the process as if you were ordering through the regular line, to then be given the wrong order and having to restart the whole process again. Customer service is non-existent and the staff are poorly organized. Will not be ordering again.

Sam’ club is horrible. I took my daughter and I to get pizza and the lady working ( she was short, black) you can tell she was pissed that day and didn’t want to be there. The line was long and the waiting. When I went to order I try to talk to her but her attitude was so stank I just ordered and moved out the way. The soda always taste nasty ? and I’m like why and how. I waited and was looking around the managers were just on the side talking holding personal convos and I’m thinking you not going to step in, you don’t see a problem, you not going to check this lady attitude. So I went to the managers and asked could I get a refund she looked as if I really messed up her convo. I spoke to the front desk person who was a young girl that was really nice and stated there were so many complaining about that bad attitude worker. I just shook my head well they have poor slack managers who are so lazy and workers. They need to fire management and that food lady

Raise your hand if you get a headache while shopping at sams! ?♀️. I do not understand the necessity for the boombox up front on such a high volume. Cannot hear the cashier, let alone each other talking.

Management needs to have retraining of check out personnel...or just do away with them all and we all do self check out. Had a rude one today and she might as well flip burgers in a kitchen so she doesn't come in contact with the public.

The store is organized and well stocked. The staff is friendly and helpful if you have any questions. It was nice to see a price validation employee randomly checking products
