Posting this review not because I want to it’s because I have to. Background story we order a cake through the app as instructed by Sam’s (new policy). Ordered the cake on the left is what I got vs what I ordered. Hot boo boo is what they gave me specifically GiGi. I tried to work with it but the closer I got to the door the worse the cake started to look. So me and my wife tried to take it back and at least ask them to put the border around top edges of the cake to make it look better. Gigi pops up like Batman to say Sorry, we can’t do anything for the cake because of copyright policy (she stood on business) That cake looks nothing like the original so what are talking about when it comes to copyrights. To prevent my wife from going to jail we removed our selves and went to customer service where they apologize gave us a a full refund and a gift card. They were awesome!!! Door associates and manager!!!
So why did I post this review after all because my 5 year old autistic son deserved better it was his day and as a parent I would be wrong to do any less than this. Oh Sam’s cake technicians please reach out to someone if you feel the letters will be to difficult to do. Not just here we tried. We can explore options but we won’t know if you d
on’t tell us customers.

Who is the manager here?????? The store seems fine but the Cafe is in bad shape. In the employee's defense he was by himself, with 20 people in line. I've been there several times, and they never have any yogurt or any frozen drink.
I waited in line for 30 minutes and then when I got up there "nothing". Me and several people behind me got out of line. I asked why they didn't put up a sign and he said it was against policy. Come on guys let's do better.

Had to stop by Sam's to grab a few items. While I was their, I decided to grab lunch. I had a slice of pepperoni, and a slice of the meats pizza. The two slices were delicious, probably the best pizza you can get for such a bargain price.

The pictures alone explain why I'm rating 1 star. This was a part of curbside pick up order. They only get 1 star for the mere fact that the refund was instant.
Update for another visit in June 2024:
For whatever reason, sams on forest drive switched my pick up order to sams on fashion drive without notifying me or asking me. So I ended up going to the wrong sams location and waiting for them to come to my car. Then I realized the app says order picked up when I never got the items. Pending refund.

Love the self checkout. Sam's use to be know for cheap prices and quality goods...but that is slowing changing.

I get gas for my car here every week. Fair prices and well kept location aside from the occasional vagabond hitting me up for spare change or cash from the bus stop.

I went in because I had an appointment at 12 I came in there were three people at the desk. They where all helping one customer, so I told one of them I’m here for an appointment, they told my to make a line. So I asked for my money back and I went somewhere else. Don’t go here go anywhere else. I wish I could leave a zero star review.

My husband and I did come in at 7:45pm and the store was to close at 8:00pm. However the associate Victoria that was working in the jewelry department around 7:50pm treated us very poorly. Victoria was helping another couple and after their purchase she never asked us if we needed assistance or anything. Victoria walked off and I went to the front where she was and asked her why didn't she ask us if we needed assistance, I'm a retail manager and I surely know that's not how you handle any customer.
There was Quinton who said he was the floor manager and the GM wasn't available and he understood what my concerns were and he would have a talk with her. Her behavior and demeanor were very dismissive and we did not deserve treatment of such. I am a Sam's Club black card member and I enjoy shopping with Sam's Club, however I don't think I will be visiting or shopping at this location anymore, because it's clear my dollar isn't valued here.
