This is why I hate coming to the store. The employees here won't even acknowledge to you. When you walk in the store, they look at you and keep moving.this is why I like petsmart better than petco. Sorry, just keeping it real.

I have be coming to this location for a year now and sad to say nothing has changed. Every time I walk in employees are all over the place except for the register, even with a lot of people on staff. This is not only a security concern but an inconvenience for customers waiting to be checked out. I go in here in hopes of buying crickets for my leopard gecko but its always something. Some times, the person that comes to the register after 5 minutes of me standing there, will looked scared like I just asked them to go to hell and back to get them, and finds someone else to get them for me (This normally happens with a lady named Beth, bless her heart and adds another 10 mins to my trip here) or they are simply out of stock. It has gotten to the point that when I see Ms. Beth working, I already know its going to be an adventure. After reading other reviews, I will make sure to go to the other locations as people are having better luck there. I have also heard that PetSmart is cheaper are very close to this location, so I will check them out as well. I hope this location can fix these problems for future customers as I will not be returning.

For a while I have been coming to this Petco , The last few times I have come here almost every employee moves around like there aren’t any customers in the store. There is never any sense of urgency to help, get things that are needed (Crickets etc) or anything else. There is always an excuse as to why something took a substantial amount of time. Not to mention there’s hardly anyone ever at the register (even with 3or more employees walking around). Most of the time when trying to check out the employee on the register has to complete their task of putting up beta fish or stocking around the counter. There is NEVER a pleasant time in this store. To be more specific, the employee Beth has a horrible dismissive attitude. Multiple times I’ve been in this store and she has ignored me waiting for help, took more than 5-10 minutes getting crickets, and is rude. It makes people not want to come to this location. It’s hardly ever busy here to receive such POOR customer service. I will be driving the extra 10mins to go to a BETTER location where people that are other than white receive good customer service too.

I had an email with a coupon for 10% off a $50 order only to find out it was for online order/in-store pickup. What exactly is the difference if I show up in person to select my items?
I was told my reward points awarded me a $10 off coupon, but only good for a future purchase prior to expiring. Why not give me ten dollars off the current purchase?
I’m rethinking being a Petco customer, there other options nearby. Your marketing team is trying too hard to maximize profit at the expense of customer loyalty.
