chill place to live, has a nice pool, maintenance is pretty quick and reasonable, overall good experience

parking is atrocious. there were some nails sticking out of the floor and the bathroom cabinet was broken when we moved in but we fixed it pretty quickly. maintenance is pretty consistently fast which i appreciate. there’s a small dog park which we use regularly. overall no major problems
