I'm so grateful for meeting Ms. Jihan especially the why she greeted me making me feel welcomed i came to upgrade my phone today she showed me several options I found one I like she also showed me that I qualify for a tablet and I accepted the offer but what made me really appreciate her she made she transferred all my stuff over and that is something real important me I will and I'm telling family and about my wonderful visit!!!! I went to the Metro store on Harbison Blvd today for my very first visit and we Greeted by the employees in the store. I had the pleasure of doing business with Cortez and will continue to go to him for all my phone and tablet needs. I've always went to the Platt Springs Rd. Store and never have I gotten the customer service nor the information or solution to my situation to figure out the best route to go for the amount of money I wanted to stay around in the 8-10 years that I've had metro. Hands down Cortez did an amazing job with my issue that I switched over to T-Mobile with 1 line and bought a tablet for my fiancé before I left the store today! Cortez gave me 150% out of 100% with his customer service! Definitely a man that should move up higher for the company! Thank you, again, Cortez! I will be back to the Harbison location for all my needs from here on put or...whatever location Cortez will be at!
