I brought a 2006 Volvo the week before Thanksgiving. I only had it for a week and a half. During the week of Thanksgiving, the following Monday, I was getting ready to go to work, and went to put the car in reverse. It shot backwards with my foot on the brakes. So I made a list of things that I needed to take to them to be checked out, it was too soon for the problems. The night before Thanksgiving, I’m entering a ramp and applied brakes as you are supposed to do on a ramp, and it completely failed, spinning outwards onto rocks, and then the ramp. I was not speeding, and could have lost my life. They were closed Friday. When I was finally able to explain it to them they were nonchalant, stating that I hit rocks, when I hit them because of brake failure, which was completely their fault. The heat and air didn’t work properly as it was stated. The steering wheel had a squeak when turning. None of this was noticeable when I test drove it. They were only concerned with getting paid through my insurance. After paying $3000 down, they expected more money to get started with the next. I almost considered it, but came to the conclusion that I needed to be done with them entirely. Their cars are trash, old, and very high in mileage. The lady with the bald mouth is very rude, she tries to act nice, but she makes a lot of smart remarks as if it’s not noticeable when acquiring about the cars. The bald guy with the glasses stereotyped me for being a truck driver. He was more focused on me hitting the road when I explained that I have arrangements to pay for anything while I’m away. He kept repeating that even after I explained that I’m no longer leaving. He treated me as if I would run off and risk my freedom over a raggedy car. I since then have an even better car, newer, with lower mileage, and very professional dealers. Email me if you’d like to know where you should safely spend your money. Save the hassle, and do not get a car from this janky used car salesman. I clearly told you that it was brake failure, anything spoken here can be spoken in person. Find you something safe to do because I spared you from a law suit because it would cost more than any car on the lot!

Sold me a good looking car with a major issue bad brakes. They were even locking up. 1400$ later it's fixed. Which should have been fixed before selling. An thats just the tip of the iceberg. I would not suggest these people unless you want a fixer upper. I was even thinking about getting another vehicle from them after the first was paid off but I definitely won't now.

Wow these people are something else. They took advantage of my friend, a disabled man, and sold his vehicle out from under him. He had most of his belongings in the van when they took it.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!! My mompurchased a 2010 Chevy Aveo 2 months ago. Before she purchased, we thought we smelled smoked and he was denial. Desperate for a vehicle, she made the purchase. Turns out they sold her a lemon with a blown head gasket and refuse to honor the warranty. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PLEASE!!!!!!!!

I purchased a car the end of February. I was informed at that time that the air conditioning didn't work and was fine with that. The very day I bought the extremely over priced car it left me stranded with a bad starter. One month later it left me stranded again because my serpentine belt broke. I had that fixed and 2 weeks after that my new serpentine belt broke. I went and bought yet another serpentine belt. Well 5 min later after having it put on it broke again!!! So I talked to a mechanic and was told that my a.c. compressor was shot and it would cost over $600 to get a new one and have it put on. So after putting close to $1000 in a car that was only worth $1200 according to Kelly blue book I went to talk to the manager at Hott Cars to ask if I could just get a portion of the $2000 or to just put me in a more dependable car. I was told no. Even after explaining that im a single mom with kids in GA that I go visit every week. They do not car about people and should not be allowed to operate such a crooked business that take advantage of people who put their trust in this business. I would never recommend this so called car dealership to anybody under any circumstance!!!
