3pm on a Saturday. Would not let us inside despite ringing the buzzer and calling them on the phone! I was planning on buying some stuff, but I guess if you don’t “look” a certain way, they won’t let you in! I saw other people being buzzed in when I drove away.
Before you speculate their reasoning: I’m not a crack head, I’m wearing clean clothes, and I have a 760 credit score (I was not any risk to them).

I have been dealing with First Cash for about 7 years. They have good qualities , and they have some bad qualities for all business, I have seen so many employees come and go I have had good, Experiences and bad experience But my good outweigh the bad. They have always treated me good and pleasant, The way they do things are getting to be ridiculous. I don't pawn. I buy items.
In the last several months, a lot of my items have been forfeited due to None payment, The way they system operate.They give a weekly notice before your payment is due and 3 day notice.Will I haven't received A notice.In the last 3 months. Come to find out somebody Opt me out in the system. So I can't receive phone calls snd when I address the Problem cause it's a concern that should not have happened.Then they don't know who did it. That is unacceptable, And calls me to lose a lot of money off my layaway, I work to hard to just Throw away my money like that. I am very disappointed on how things are going Lately they are really falling off. Like they are starting to get get comfortable.You lose good customers. I know I am a great They can look at my history in and see I have spent over 15,000 thousands in there shop. And that's just on jewelry... I'm not gonna even go into details about the 2 notch.Store management is awful over there and disrespectful.
She have had several complaints and the district.Manager doesn't do anything.

The shop is so rude. I've done so much business with them and i had a bunch of movies to sell and a controller and a fan
And there was a nice black man next to me. Selling like thirty movies and they bought every single one of them. But told me no, they would not buy my movies.
The nice man next to me couldn't believe that they wouldn't buy my movies, even though they bought all of his right in front of me and the way they were treating me. Maybe because I'm white. I don't know. But I believe this to be a racist shop and I will never come back. The very same day I went to another shop who treated me so good and is also black-owned and they paid me for everything that I had to sell. And they couldnt believe how the other shop acted towards me.
So if you want to get to go to a good shop this is what it's called

Very friendly. She made she she tested and showed us how it worked before we purchased. The staff was also very nice and helpful. Glad we found this store.

Isn’t a Pawn Shop also for making deals; I mean where did the “Let’s Make Deal” Era go to!? Only been here a couple times. One time I inquired about a sound bar, that they have multiples of (different brands) as well as those that have 1/4” dust built up on them. I notice an item priced $199 but also notice on all their tags 5 dates displayed: (month/day): Reduced Price, so I inquired within. So I was told “We don’t go by those, idk, but we don’t!” One reduced price was last month that knocked $50 off this particular item, but u don’t go by this!!! Huh,?, so ur displaying different price points in which the shop HAD this item greatly reduced, only to return to near full ask!? So again, where & & why don’t they bargain a bit, for gosh sakes, people are well aware that pawn shops burn their candles at both ends. So for now I guess it’s a lose lose

Not knowledgeable of gold. Took several 10k chains and they did a test saying that the chains were metal. So when you have gold the highest being 24 karats 10k is 10 parts gold and 14 parts metal. Not that it's not gold. I would not recommend this place.

My girl walked in tried to sell her brand new laptop with receipts and they said since she wiped it clean she couldn’t prove it was hers? This is before she actually tried to show the paperwork. I also know one can use license , address basically anything to link you to that item incase it was stolen. Also before you even sell it , you sign an agreement. before that I sold things before no license no questions asked from the same store

This place is a complete joke. How about you are a regular customer who has fallen into the unfortunate circumstance of having a revolving door loan that you pay on Friday and repawn on Saturday just to keep gas and other necessities and you have been doing this for weeks. You would think you ( the customer) would be appreciated by those (employees) drawing a check from the very company you are paying sky high interest rates every week but no. Not at all. You are just the opposite. You come in and they look for every reason not to do business with you. My I'd expired about a month ago. News flash COVID 19 has made many Things that we could normally do without any problem I'm much more difficult task for instants make an appointment to get your ID remade at the DMV you can no longer walk in and get one you have to make an appointment and it sometimes weeks before you can be seen and besides that also take into consideration the fact that I just pawned this item 2-3 times since my ID has been expired but now all of a sudden they can't take it. It's just like I said they look for a reason not to do business with you, to give you a hard time. Doesn't matter if you have never been late picking up an item and that you are a regular customer. Any chance they get they will say F you. I wouldn't spend another penny here if my life depended on it and I suggest the same to you unless you want to be let down and treated like they were doing you a favor giving you pennies on the dollar for your items value at double digit interest rates. GO SOMEWHERE YOU WILL BE APPRECIATED!!! THIS PLACE DOES NOT APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS!!!!
