Store is horrible and need to be shut down. They are always accusing children of stealing. It's never opened, closing early, or only taking a certain form of payment. Customer service is rude and ghetto. Someone hung up the phone in my face because I called and asked were they open. SMH

They need to either shut this location down, or fire and hire new staff. I went to this location at 4:40 and the guy locked the down and sat at the register and wouldn’t let me in. Something needs to change immediately!!!

I’m going to report this location to the BBB because why are y’all continuously closed during business hours. This store is closed more than it is open. Employee are still inside but customers can’t come in…. EVER. Where is management? Corporate should be aware of these company violations. Bad for the business and neighborhoods in the area.

Every time I try to return at the store, I have an issue, I would not suggest buying anything out of here being tjat every few days it’s cash only. How can I not get store credit or a refund cause your “card reader is down.” I’m sure that something can be done. I went to this store twice today. And it was working earlier. And the light skin lady had the same negative attitude and got cursed out by a customer. Maybe it’s YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE that’s REALLY an issue. Just SHUT DOWN if things doesn’t work properly.

Just went there they closed again. Employees sitting in the parking lot talking. When the elderly lady asked what's going on, they went closed. You can't spell and spell closed to her. Very unprofessional and rude. And then laughed in the lady face. Big lady with dreads. And short lady with grasses. This store need to be closed down

The manager needs to be fired. She opens and closes when she wants to smokes blunts IN THE STORE. It's obvious and a smell you can't hide too easily. Very rude very lazy. The right person needs to see these reviews.
