Want to acknowledge the AMAZING customer service we received on 3/9/2024 at around 12:30pm. It was my first time using the coupon system and I was really nervous. She was super helpful and kind and even showed me, on her screen the discounts that were taken off. Customer service like this does not exist anymore. I'll be shopping here more (with my coupons) more often ❤️❤️

Store is closed and it says open till 10… Needs to report to 3rd party delivery services when closing early because this is a real inconvenience

I stopped by this location 7/8/23 . Went in to get a few things and I had to use this restroom and I asked the cashier black older lady with dreadlocks in her hair . Do y’all have a restroom and where is it . She replied and said she didn’t. I asked her where do she use the restroom at then . I put all my items back because I refuse to spend my money in any establishment where I can’t use their restrooms if need be. She continued digging in a grey tote as if I wasn’t talking to her. Very rude and I won’t come back to this location.

I know dollar general is known for being really dirty but this was unreal . There is literally more product thrown around on the floor than there is on the actual shelves . The cashiers do nothing but stand around blasting extremely inappropriate music . I guess it makes sense why the entire store reeks like weed .

Went in clipped coupons entered my number and sbowed the clerk plus manger that i had clearly clipped coupons manager refusedbto honor the coupons i had $160 worth of stuff in the buggy everything wasnt couponable i would have only saved about $15 but because she refused to honor coupons i left the entire buggy there. I dont want anything. I showed her that coupons were clearly clipped and added to my acc IWorse management ever. Never been so humilated. There were people behind me she could have honored the coupons after the first 10 minutes of verfication the items were on sale and that i actually had the app on my phone

I just want to say that the dollar store at this address needs to give their employees a big raise! The air conditioning does not work! It's about one hundred degrees in the store! I've been there twice in the last two days. There is a young black gentleman that is the ultimate professional! You are lucky to have him as an employee! Please show your appreciation for him! Nobody needs to work in those conditions!

Upon entering this establishment off of Bluff Road and the staff were very friendly and getting new items in.... The staff were great helping out their customers. I'll definitely be back...

MINUS 100 !!!!!! rudest manager any place i have ever shopped. overwhelmed with unloading truck , shoving everything in aisle. biggest fire hazard i have ever seen also. i say manager, it may have not been however the managers are usually the ones overseeing truck unload. hollering across store at customers not to go down aisle that have the off load merchandise in them which was every aisle. stocking of that capacity shld be done while store is closed. God forbid a child get hurt in that store.
