I haven’t had any bad experiences with this CVS. If my doctor sends a prescription it’s ready in a couple hours. They send me a text and I just pick it up. If there’s a line of course you have to wait your turn. But I can’t say I’ve had any serious issues.The staff has always been nice and helpful.

Had a horrible experience today to where I’m highly considering moving all of my prescriptions elsewhere. I sat at the drive through, second lane waiting to me helped while they help the people ONLY in the first lane. I continue to press the “call for help” button, only to be told that they’re busy helping the other customers and that they’d get to me eventually. I had to pull off without my medicine due to having to open my restaurant and getting my daughter to work on time. This wasn’t some allergy medicine I was waiting on….. it was my heart medicine for my tachycardia that I was out of. No wonder this pharmacy has only 3 star rating. Shocked it’s not worse.

My husband is sick, so to keep from going inside and being around others, he went through the drive-thru to pick up some of the on-demand medicines they offer as options at the window (allergy stuff, etc.). When he asked for the medicine, the person at the window responded, “You couldn’t come in?”. He, obviously surprised by the response, didn’t say anything. To which she asked him again: “You couldn’t just come in?”. While my husband does not have a physical disability, he was trying to keep distance so as to not make others sick. But imagine if this same scenario happened with another person who may have been physically unable to receive their medication otherwise? More awareness is definitely needed.

I Mu daughter already pick up a prescription and the lady that attended her was laughing at her latin accent! This lady is disrespectful and the other partners were talking about the last movie of Hunger Games so the drive through costumers were waiting more ! Definitely this is the last time we went to this pharmacy!

My children have the flu. They didn’t have what we were prescribed at this location. Then told me it was my job to figure out where I could get it. I went to the Walmart pharmacy and they made the phone calls and got the prescription moved for me. The customer service here is rude.

Slowest cvs pick up i have ever experienced. They have one person at pharmacy who takes several minutes per customer for simple pickups. If you have to wait for a prescription and they call your name, you have to start all the way at the end of the line. There is no rush to move the line along like other locations. They also do not call names over the intercom. Avoid this CVS if possible.
