They have the best customer service at this Costco! I can't say enough good things. Someone used my gift card I dropped after leaving this store. They managed to not only find out who used it, but also reimbursed me! They truly know what customer service is!

Costco is a great store to shop. $5 rotisserie chickens that are huge, $10 hot n ready pizza which is huge, the giant hot n ready beef hot dog with choice of drink for $1.50, gas prices that beat all the others and their great items, bakery, produce, seasonal, make it fantastic.

They need better training when it comes to handling international customers. Cashier Myong P was exteremly stubborn when dealing with my husband's international membership card. She kept insisting that her scanner wasn't working and refused to scan my physical card because I was not present (I was in the bathroom). There were other issues with her professionlism too that I personally witnessed. Bottom line, please make sure all employees know how to serve an international customer.

Imani was so nice, helpful, and patient when my new membership was being difficult. The store was clean and the staff were very helpful. So excited to go back asap!

After one of my co-workers continued to extol the virtues of Costco and pestered me to buy a membership, I finally did so and visited Costco for the first time.
It was... alright. I wouldn't say it failed to meet my expectations, but it didn't necessarily exceed them either. Because the aisles aren't marked and there's no displays, it's very hard to find the products you're looking for. I know that if I keep going I'll be able to figure it out eventually, but it was kind of annoying the first time I went. In addition, it seems like they ONLY sell items in bulk, and I wasn't able to find a single tube of toothpaste like I wanted. The gas was also about the same price as a regular gas station, which was disappointing because I was looking forward to saving money there.
The bright spots were definitely the clothing section and the food court. Costco definitely has a lot of high-quality clothing for good prices, and I can't wait to go back and buy some golf shirts and shorts when I need to. In addition, the food court was excellent and well-priced. The food court might be worth the membership itself. I got two great hot dogs and a slice of pizza for about $5, which you can't beat anywhere these days.
All in all, it was a solid if unspectacular experience. Whether buying the membership to Costco was worth it remains to be seen, but we shall see.

The phone number Costco has on their website is HORRIBLE!!!! I ordered and PAID for 5 pairs of eye glasses last week and tried to call them to make sure all were ready to be picked up. I TRIED ALL PROMPTS WITH NO SUCCESS!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
