*BEWARE*********BEWARE*******Stay far, far away. They will take your money, not fix your vehicle the correct way after keeping it for 3 weeks, leaving you to break down on the side of the road after you do get it back AND will not attempt to fix the problem that they created after you made them aware of it. Manager is rude and unprofessional. RUN and Take your hard earned money else where! Now I have to pay someone thousands to fix what they screwed up big time. IF could give them a ZERO I would. You have been warned.

i was nervous given the reviews, but my car now runs perfectly. People need to understand that the amount of time it takes your car to be repaired after an accident depends on your insurance and how fast they do their part to pay the company and send someone to look at the damages (and i apologize to whoever i spoke with when I didn't know this). Everyone that works there was really nice despite my impatience and did a great job with my vehicle, super happy!

The listed hours on their sign outside of their business says 8:00-5:30pm. I do not have a car (it’s with them) so I took an Uber to come down here at 4:45pm. After calling multiple times (6 times it went straight to voicemail) the owner stated the hours are incorrect. His hours are 9-4 and he will not come back to his yard to let me get my belongings out of my totaled car. After explaining I had to Uber here and do not have a ride back here as I am leaving out of town for a week, and would like to just grab my belongings out of my car, the owner flat out said he will not help me today. Very rude, very unprofessional, and who knows when they actually want to work.

Took my mom after being out and hearing some noise from here car .The guys was so informative and told here what was wrong, she was happy and followed up with dealership and problem was repaired.

Had three oil changes done between 10-2021 thru 9-2022. supposedly Replaced radiator, then I got the car back, and it was overheating, and I took it back, and they had the car for two week without communicating with me. I tried calling no answer and left messages and no one responded back. I had to get someone to take me to the shop to get answers, which was a bunch of foolishness . I had my car towed to a reputable Auto shop in order to get my vehicle service right. Collision 1 Auto is very unprofessional, and service is poor. I will not ever have my car or recommend anyone to that shop. Very disappointed in their service. I asked for the service records that they had done on my vehicle, and didn't get the necessary receipt needed. Praise God for the Auto Shop I had my vehicle transported to worked with me to get my vehicle service so that the warranty people paid for the service rendered. Collision 1 Auto sucks.There's more to be said, but will take to lone to elaborate on.Just don't take your vehicle there, trust me if you do you will be sorry.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Either tow truck driver or one of the mechanics stole property out of our car when it was wrecked. When questioned about it, the guy shrugged and said they're not responsible. Don't take your vehicle here unless you're ok with people taking things that don't belong to them! Worst experience and customer service I've ever encountered with a tow company/mechanic!
