We went to BAB today to get our daughter's second birthday. We had a really great experience. Our daughter was hesitant at first, but Caroline was so patient and kind! By the end of our trip, my daughter was looking for Caroline to help put the bear's shirt on and show off all the things. Such a sweet experience!

Loved the upbeat and friendly atmosphere of the workers here. My visiting niece had smiles from ear to ear. They really heightened our experience and made it very memorable. Even the adults left with bears!
