The sales staff at BMW Columbia was wonderful to work with. I started working with Scotty Bibbs before I came to test drive the car through email and told him what I was looking for and what I could afford. He was already working on everything when I got there. His Manager was nice enough to not only run out for us and grab us some lunch but also pay for it so we could continue to work with Scotty on the paperwork. That's top notch customer service!! Overall, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Definitely recommend BMW of Columbia for your next car purchase ?

Our experience working with BMW of Columbia has been outstanding. David McElveen was patient, extremely informative, and went above and beyond to help us work through all the important details so we felt assured with the selection of our new vehicle. The service manager, Yelson, has been courteous and wonderful to work with. His professionalism and attention to detail has left us feeling confident that our vehicle is in good hands. Overall, working with BMW of Columbia has been an exceptional experience!

Service reps were slow, rim repair service rep was phenomenal. After rim repair tire pressure was low and service didn't add air, even after I brought it my service reps attention.

Service has greatly improved. It's a lot less hectic and no longer loud and chaotic in the area with service advisors. Everyone was courteous and professional. Service Manager Yelson even assisted me getting my car out as incoming cars blocked the exit. He is always kind and helpful. Service advisor Katelyn was easy to work with and provides excellent service. I will choose her next time.

Went in for a service today and came across an issue which may have been connected to a quality issue with the prior service at this location. I addressed my concern with the service manager and he resolved the dispute amicably and fairly. Great job, and way to treat a customer who has been loyal to BMW for more than a decade with 4 BMWs in the garage. Highly recommend this place.
