I'm very disappointed with Jim Hudson Audi and the treatment of my car.
I had an accident on Aug.18th and my car was towed there to be seen the next day. My car is a Kia and I was unaware that they only handle Audi until after they had it towed away by a different towing company.
I never received a call of the issue of not working on KIAs and that it was towed. I attempted multiple times to contact the service department but no answer with voicemails left to get a call back prior to it getting towed.
If this is the norm of Audi Columbia and Jim Hudson, then I could never recommend this company to anyone to go to for service.

We had a great experience purchasing my wife a new car from Lee, Andrew, and Kyle. Highly recommended. No hassle, no pressure just presented the car as it was and let us make our decision.

Purchased a used BMW. Car was close to what was promised on the website (they put their dealership sticker right over a huge and deep. scratch.) Showed up and the buying process was easy. Could be more responsive after they receive the money. Response times really slowed down.

I took my sq5 in for 70k service and I have the prepaid service package. The man that checked my car in noticed a piece of the fiber cover under the engine was hanging down. He mentioned it to me and I said it was just missing a screw. He told me they might have to replace the whole part because sometimes the screws get stripped. As he continued about the possible need to replace I told him if they couldn't fix it I would just cut the hanging part off. Well when I got my car back they had just torn the hanging piece off. As a former paid mechanic I know either the screw head broke off or the hole was stripped. An EZ out or tap set and 10 minutes would have solved either problem. Now I know my car was extremity dirty but if you're going to include a cleaning in your services, do it right.

They needed my address and vin for me to pickup an oil filter for my Audi. Maybe since I'm trying to go in rather than buy from Amazon, I might want to look? Maybe trade? Maybe buy? Be nice to have local preferred service instead of going to Greenville where I purchased my last car.
Came to see reviews of others and forgot I had this issue 3 years ago.

We don’t even live in the State of South Carolina anymore and we’ll be continued customers at Audi Columbia no matter where in the world we live. If they don’t have the car you want, they’ll find it. If you have a special request, consider it done. Audi Columbia and Andrew Jenkins made what started out as a devastating experience into an exciting one.
My beloved 2022 red S5 cabriolet was totaled in an awful car crash when the driver of an Escalade ran a stop sign and pulled out in front of me. It was my dream car. My dad, a long time Audi loyalist, had always told me I should get an S5. He had one that he loved. I’d tell him I couldn’t afford that car and he’d laugh and tell me if I worked hard someday I could. He passed away in 2021. I bought my S5 in his memory and felt him riding in there with me always. Turns out, he was right. That was exactly the car I needed because it ended up saving my life.
I knew I’d have trouble finding another red S5, but wasn’t sure I wanted a red one anyway. Cars are never just cars. They mean a lot to us whether we’ll admit it or not. It felt wrong trying to replace it exactly, but when I saw Columbia had one I reached out. The red one was gone by then, but they had a white one. I wasn’t sure about the color. Meantime, our local dealership had gotten an S5 in that day with just 2000 miles on it. It seemed meant to be, although it didn’t have the wheels I liked. Plus, by now Andrew had become part of my daily texts and I felt bad about his hard work going to waste. I respectfully let him know I’d found a car near home and thanked him for his time.
Little did I know, his hard work hadn’t even started yet. He promised he’d find me the car with all the specs I wanted. He had three days to do it before I could no longer pull the deposit on the one at my home dealership. I woke up each morning to a text from him with a new option until he found the one. My brand new 2024 S5 cabriolet was delivered to my home a state away this afternoon. It’s black just like my dad’s was. Perfect.
It is so fun to support a business with great employees who so easily deserve accolades! Andrew was the hardest working, nicest, and most considerate sales associate with whom I have ever worked and I’m on Audi number four. My husband works in the auto industry and said Andrew was one of the best employees he’d ever seen. His communication skills are next level. His dedication is apparent. His compassion is obvious.
So often people forget the value of their work and interactions that come with it. That was an important purchase and the respect Andrew showed without even knowing the full story behind the car is admirable. We all have the power to make a positive difference in peoples’ lives no matter the sale or scenario. It’s not just a car and he’s not just a car salesman. Anyone who doesn’t understand that just hasn’t yet found the right vehicle or dealership. Now you have. Enjoy the ride!

My review deals solely with the purchasing of a product online and my interaction with a sales rep.
I'm in the military and currently live in a state that is not my state of residence. This means my shipping and billing address will be different. Never have I had an order canceled by anyone because these two things do not match. I understand now that this is a requirement by their TOS, but I strongly disagree with both it's implementation and it's supposed necessity.
The use of paypal as a method to bypass this should not be a requirement.
This same policy also prevents the idea of gifting with having to reship an item and incurring the cost yourself. It makes no sense.
1 extra star for the rep who picked up the phone the second time I called and was apologetic.
Oh, and It was a sunshield. Only 75$, hardly enough to trigger any bank's fraud detection system like they imply.

I had the pleasure of partnering with Jarret for my pre-owned Q7 purchase. I live out of state, and he did an amazing job sending me videos, detailed pictures of the vehicle, and walking me through the history of the car. He was courteous, extremely professional, and responsive (which to me is the most important piece!).
Thanks again to the Jarret and the whole team, can't wait for many years in this wonderful vehicle.

The service consultant was very helpful. My wife and I were traveling through South Carolina on vacation from Illinois and we had a flat tire. The people there got us right in took care of us. Got us a good tire to great price. Audi Columbia comes highly recommended and we had a great service experience! I was able to walk through the show room while I was there just to look at the new Audi and the show room is beautiful!! I recently purchased a Q8 ETron At Plaza Audi in St. Louis and with The free two years of charging at Electrify America stations. I would hardly recommend the key! I live in South Carolina, I would recommend stopping there to look for my new car and for great service
