Both times when I originally came in to do a test I received poor customer service from one of the receptionist, she was very cold and had an attitude about even doing the test. I understand not wanting to work on the weekend but it’s not an excuse to take it out on other people.

I came in on Easter Friday and both of the women were very happy and upbeat. Helped me with anything I needed and any questions I asked. They are very fast and I recommend coming here 10 out of 10.

I went to any lab for the 1st time to get a TB I had an amazing experience with my initial testing however when I returned two days later the receptionist wasn’t very welcoming or friendly. I am not sure if it was a bad morning but I don’t receive the same services.

I had to have lab work done yesterday as a last minute change from a different, unaffiliated lab. The staff was wonderful. I had to change my appointment time twice, and they were extremely kind and gracious to do so. In person, they were prompt, friendly, meticulous, efficient, and professional. Their prices are also quite competitive. I would highly recommend this location and it’s staff for any laboratory needs one would have.

Very quick and easy experience. Get results by email. Make sure to fill out paperwork online for faster service. Staff were great. Don’t go to Doctors Care go here 100%.
