Good luck finding an employee that can actually help. They usually have what we need, but takes forever to find it or to find an employee to get it down if equipment is needed. And don't ask any employee anything because they don't check and will tell you any ole thing just to get rid of you

I found everything I needed. Several associates were helpful, from telling me where to locate things to helping me load my car. I enjoy this store! I was able to place a large order for pick up, and the associates loaded my car for me. The service was awesome.

I recently visited Lowe’s to shop for a pressure washer, and I had an outstanding experience thanks to Matthew and Rob. From the moment I walked in, Matthew greeted me with a warm, inviting smile, making me feel right at home. Rob also welcomed me with the same friendly demeanor. Both of them took the time to explain each brand of pressure washer available, breaking down the differences in PSI and other essential features. Their detailed explanations helped me understand which equipment would offer the best value for my needs.
Matthew and Rob were patient, knowledgeable, and dedicated to ensuring I left with the perfect pressure washer. This Lowe’s location has become my go-to store because of the exceptional service I receive every time. I feel like part of the Lowe’s family now. If you're looking to purchase a lawn equipment, pressure washer or any outdoor equipment, I highly recommend working with Matthew. He is phenomenal and truly goes above and beyond to help customers.

How refreshing to walk into a store and be met with a, "Can I help you find anything", and then have them actually walk you to the entire other end of the building to show you just where it is! Kudos to Andrew for definitely making me a future return Lowe's customer!!!

Purchased soil for garden & maple trees planted last week. Sometimes I purchased 1/2 priced flowers to save money. Staff is very helpful.

Chase and I believe his name was John helped me load 85 pavers into my truck! They were SO kind and helpful with encouragement with my patio project. They offered tips and tricks as well as other products that would make my life easier as I took on this task. I was fully prepared to try to load these pavers(while pregnant) into my car but they got to work and helped me so I barely had to lift a finger. I am actually closer to a Home depot but I choose to drive the extra mile to this Lowes since everyone is always so helpful. Thank you Again!
