While my poor car is in the shop, I can't be walking everywhere. Picking up this vehicle was a breeze and it's nearly new, quite clean, a much newer version of my car. It may even convince me to trade up, it's so nice!

Deshaun should contract out his system for how a Host should conduct themselves when dealing with customers! He is there when you need him, does anything he can to help, keeps his fleet clean, maintains the vehicles, and goes above and beyond to insure that you get the car you rented; however, if there's an issue with a client not returning the one you rented, he will accommodate you with one of equal value, unless the only other one available is a higher priced car, then he will honor the price you paid and give you the upgraded vehicle for the same price. I highly recommend Deshaun and if I ever need a ride, or if I hear someone who needs one, I will personally go to the app on my phone and show them what he has to offer, along with a high first hand recommendation!

First time using Turo. 5 stars for how easy it was to rent from and use at the very last minute compared to the bigger companies. Car was in great shape and seemed to be clean. On the way to our destination we kept seeing ants once we got there discovered there was a colony of them under the seat cover of the backseat. And the engine light came on along with the car feeling like the transmission is slipping. If we didn't run into these 2 problems it would of been 5 stars hands down.

Deshaun was great! Need help and he shows up within in mins, and got me on my way. Car was clean, ran great, and gas mileage was awesome !! Highly recommend!!
