I came there abd spend over $160 and my 30 incense was not given to me so a day later I realized I didn't get them. I tried calling the store several times but never get an answer so I am kinda upset.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about as I’ve never run into an issue with them being closed when I’ve tried to visit. Maybe I just get lucky and always hit it at the right times, but regardless, I drive out of my way to come to this location. They have a quality selection of delta products (albeit, a small selection). The staff is always super friendly, especially the girl with the blue hair (not sure what her name is but she’s awesome!!). Visually, the inside of the store is pretty bland, but that’s NBD when I’m only spending 5 minutes somewhere, ya know?(3Chi Super Lemon Haze, I love you!)

I have had decent experiences here before, although their selection is pretty limited. It would be super helpful if the store was actually open within the posted hours. Getting here well before 7:30pm to find its closed, when the hours say 10pm is extremely disappointing and annoying. Be more consistent.

Its not the employees thats the issue here. Its the owners. The owners are caught up in making a penny in anyway possible...i get it. We all are like that. But theres no inventory EVER its been like this for almost 7+ years ever since i first stepped foot in either the Folly Road or West Ashley location...theyre just such a lack luster, over priced, underwheling stock type of place that price gouges what little they do actually have....from headshops from NY, VT, CALI,, MASS, NC, amd here...this is BY FAR the WORST store ive ever been too. I could only assume the myrtle beach stores as terrible too. Theres no glass to be bought here thats worth a dime. Theres no replacement stems or bowls.theyre constantly out of the best types of wraps and cones; When they have them atleast theyre the fairest prices item. But truly...this place is dismal. I gave it nearly a decade and it just gets worse and worse. Negative two stars if i could.

I’m not even sure why this place exists. They’re rarely open the posted hours, they sell counterfeit products, their glass selection is just multiples of the same pieces, the people they hire can’t be bothered to help anyone. I can’t even buy papers in this store. How do they have multiple locations? Who supports this?

I entered the store and asked for a torch for a dab rig; the Vector VMotion was presented as one of the options. I chose it based on its small form factor.The VMotion is clearly not a torch designed to support a 30 second burn to heat a quartz nail; it’s a lighter designed to quickly ignite loose leaf products. I did two sessions with my rig yesterday and, after a balky start, the unit I purchased functioned but burned through its entire fuel reservoir in the 60 seconds I had it running.I tried the unit again tonight and now it won’t even spark into a consistent flame. It’s pretty much dead; I’ve literally had it running for less than 5 total minutes of continuous ignition.I won't hold the retailer accountable for a product it didn't manufacture. I will, however, hold Purple Haze up as not reputable for its staff failing to advise me against a purchase.

Last time I’m coming here and I’ve been coming to this purple haze for the past 5 years. Today is the THIRD time I’ve come to get something and there’s a sign that says “back in 10 minutes” And it’ll be WAY longer than 10 minutes! I never write a bad review but this is ridiculous, and whoever is putting that sign up is losing your store business.

I purchased a $45.00 oil cartridge from them on Sat. 11/19. Got home and it would not work. Charged it. Still didn't work. Brought it back today, 11/23, to exchange it. Their policy is no return and no exchange. Sales associated told me they try to encourage customers to try them in the store because they don't work. So, I am out $45.00, and they are knowingly selling products that do not work! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
