My husband has gotten 2 separate vapes from here that were expired. Today 4/7/24 he realized the vape they sold him expired 12/2023. He called maybe 15 minutes larger leaving, the man who answered remembered him and told him that there was no returns or exchanges, even for a product they sold 5 months expired.

First of all, 5 stars does no justice for this store so here are 5 more: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have been frequenting Planet Vape for quite some time and they have always been GREAT but I must say, now under new ownership, it’s nothing less than AMAZING! I can ALWAYS count on them being open, the prices are the BEST in Charleston, along with the BEST selection of anything and everything Vape! Sam, the store Manager, is always going above and beyond to make sure he has everything I would need in stock. He is so patient with all of my questions and GENUINELY cares about the customer experience I have - not just some of the time or most of the time but EVERY time! I truly feel like Sam is a VERY rare find as far as top-tier Customer Service goes these days and should be recognized and commended for his Professionalism. Thank you Sam! You truly make a difference!

I bought a delta 8 vape from this store recommended by a employee 5 days after the vape exploded and leaked the wax from the vent nozzle and charging port when I asked the manager for an exchange or a refund they told me it wasn't there problem and there was nothing they could do even tho it was THERE employee who said it was the one I should buy I will not be returning and neither will all of the people I know who I use to recommend this shop to

Bought a battery for a cartridge as a gift a couple of days ago and went to return it today. They said they couldn’t do a return on it even though it was never used and there are no signs anywhere saying returns can’t be made for unused items.

I have been going here for years.Great selection of flavors.. "can we vape this" is my favorite but they have so many others including the designer ones.If you need a coil, you are pretty much guaranteed they will have it. They also have a great selection of mods.They have a good loyalty program as well as an incentive to buy bulk, which for me works out great.The staff here are all really friendly as well as knowledgeable.. I've never felt "weird" after talking to them which has happened in other places. Every employee that I have met really cares about vaping and that's pretty cool.Always remember:Support local!!!!!
